As usual with ENET we do need a far wider portfolio of contracts similar to this and Tarana. Regular monthly / quarterly, relatively predictable and increasing very high margin revenue streams (gross margin) requiring very limited Opex support. Very limited working capital requirements and customers operating in strong legal / contract regimes with A+ credit rating.

On contracts key point of note from the interim is the monthly ARR of 88,112,139 at March year end and then to £150k at the end of August. Add in an additional £7k from two contracts plus I assume further amounts from smaller contracts - hopefully get up to £175-180k plus at year end showing continuation of run rate.

Why have you not mentioned the $1.5m order from June this year which is fully delivered BUT may still be an element still in Tarana as stock. This order looked firstly to secure stock in case the worst happened but also to help enet cash flow as an amenable customer - but might have been discounted per unit so timing of a new order uncertain.

What are your assumptions here on unit price and quantity?

You need to understand the accounting on R&D which is as conservative as it could be.

Write off existing intangibles, no further capitalisation. Just then depends on whether the market considers they have built IP with a real value.

You really do need to do some research. Broadcom bankrolled this for years through funding adding to their % shareholding over time, so when they purchased all the share capital the minority interest was minimal.

Well, good news for current holders is its stops so much dilution if KMK decide to give shares rather than interest.
