Any ink on a material contract is in the distance and just bedtime stories from Levi, ENET are not a financial stable enough to partner on anything involving risk. Insider buying, Levi has done this in the past from 30p down and really isnt the best judge of his baby.

Steve58, you still really havent a clue what ENET do (or strategise about doing). Firstly there is no such thing as an average price for an ASIC / FPGA. Second, ENET doesnt make these and wont supply them bought in, the 3rd party will add a bit of code and pay a royalty. Have a look at Ensilica PLC as a comparison.

Steve, even when they had cash in the bank all the products ENET has produced over the years have been complete and total failures.

Agree the financial position of ENET a day a ago would stop business - their position now is just as dire and any purchasing screen would disqualify them if they had world beating product. Cash straight back out the door, no backlog, a pretend pipeline....

So it pon tech, which sells zero $, together with its uep platform, which sells zero $, doesn't sound a great combination. "Interest" doesn't even get discussed in any pipeline review I've been at. So "co fund", who pays the other half ?

I think I fiberhome were the Chinese lot who cancelled the $8m of contracts without any payment with ENET left holding $ms of components and development down the drain, probably nicked any useful IP if there was any. AMD were a supplier, that's before tarana dumped them.

Skier, please be careful taking an RNS, or any communication with ENET with any degree of seriousness. Just look at RNSs a couple of years ago, and then the delivery against them with repeated cancelled or meaningless contracts, customer interest (which turns out to be bumping into someone in a corridor) not turned into any action.

After all this time anyone thinking Levi has cards to play needs their head testing. This isnt even a traders share now with a massive dilution hanging over the company to drop anytime (if they can get it away). The ASIC / FPGA hardware at this level is very standard and is not individual (although where I work we do design and have very specific ASIC designs which a foundry make), there is no potential "partnership" between a multi multi bn US company and one with a turnover of a school tuck shop, ENET has on the past been a customer for standard FPGAs. ENET doesnt supply any hardware, or sell through through hardware, to any aerospace customer. Perhaps a very, very basic understanding might help.

Always a good listen to Paul Hill podcasts. Had a small company manager on from CT and they mentioned TPG, fund manager said he doesnt invest this low down the market cap but is very impressed with the CEO after meeting him on a few occasions.

Hasiba. Misleading RNSs such as this really should be banned with BODs and advisors fined. The cash collection relates to work done in 2024 as no one will pay ENET until they have delivered a sign off product / service / licence. The $700k is therefore not additional, and is very deliberately vague on the value of the royalty which is minimal and probably paid this time next year (knowing ENET to have signed a stupid contract on royalty reporting) so is of little use with immediate issues.

The company stated in an RNS in Jan, 100% they would pay the final TSP payment (no ifs or buts) but cannot even forecast cash a few weeks out.

LOTM, it really is amateur hour with ENET. Nothing has changed from the Chairman handing over the AGM to a private shareholder as he hadnt a clue.

Steve. Firstly they need to get an order. Second it is not the role of a customer to provide working capital. Third you would have to mental to pre pay (not licence where you effectively have delivery) ENET anything.
