So called "bashers" merely provide the facts - no current backlog, no cash, history of total amd complete failure, products that dont sell despite $ms in R*D, non existent business model, RNSs which would make even Bozo Boris embarrassed in their inaccuracy....

After the RNSs that ENET has talked to itself and worked out a budget and think a customer might be interested, they actually need to speak to customers. As I've said before, any pipeline review I have been on wouldn't have even discussed as it has such a low weighting and timescale - but This is now all they have after other products / contracts have been cancelled by customers.

What timescale / $ value do you have here ?

DL stated in an RNS Jan the TSP would be paid off Q1, that was a 100% lie and known to be such at the time. What little amount they raise will go to the TSP and have little left, so funding not sorted. The history of ENET is one of cancelled contracts, failure and the pretence they have "irons in the fire" and are "well placed in the market".

Its about a year ago now we had the Ilan proactive interview on the massive income for 2024 from an ASIC deal ?

Still waiting for your view on what happens next. Lets keep it simple to two questions.

1. How much dilution will there be - how many shares and at what price.

2. What is the next contract, and with no current real income streams, when do you expect this to land and the cash to play out for them to remain remotely solvent for 2025.

KMK need to show they can run and grow their existing business - including not having about 18 months of permanent stock which is continually being written off, and not recognising income where the cash actually appears over a year later.

As you can see the transformative (which it is) Siemens Deal has hardly moved the dial, as the markets have no faith in Basu and KMK to utilise this opportunity to put the finances on a stable footing.

An absolutely booming market as you can see from the repeated monthly RNSs from ENSI, its almost as if ENETs products and services are just no where near competitive and ENET is not a reliable delivery partner.

Bh, the was contract news and it dived, well not contract news as there isn't any but contract news of an expectation of contract worth a grand total of $290k.

So ENET RNS future contracts, so where is the next one for we expect a contract but it isn't signed and for what value ?

They don't currently sell products - all the product orders have been cancelled.

What they currently sell (at the income lower than a corner shop) is a development service at a massive loss to attempt to recover a proportion of cost and a small tail of royalties. After the $300k (which isnt contracted) they dont have any work.

Blackhorse. You still havent provided your investment thesis, and "a contract could drop any day" doesnt cut it when the company is ENET with zero history of firstly getting profitable contracts and then actually delivering without customers cancelling on them.

Best not try to back up your views with workings, it just doubles down on the kindergarten level of understanding.

In your example. Purely mathematically rather than sentiment, it goes down to 9.5p and the market cap increases slightly. Your example is also way off in terms of what ENET need for anything meaningful, to pay off a debt that stated 100% it would be paid in Q1.

Market cap is an absolute number, you cant actually dilute it. You dilute existing shareholders.

As others have said repeatedly the market cap is wrong on LSE, I do find it funny BenNa who was stating the wrong number for ages and pumping like a demon now comes across as the expert.

Dilution is based on %, but as you say with their current share price raised a couple of hundred thousand is very problematic. So they will have to massively discount and swamp current holders. Any cash raised goes to TSP, and then possibly a few weeks more, all for a company with effectively zero backlog and short term convertible pipeline.

ENET does not have a sought after product - they have developed products since IPO which has zero customers.

The current business model is terrible, it should be based on volume licence royalty (like every tech business) but they have to resort to engineering income (at below full cost) to at least cover an element of variable cost.
