When you look at the criteria PE has of a company, KMK doesnt have it.

The trading update really didnt give the level of detail required to make any assessment of KMK, might well have not sent it.

As usual with KMK all the real detail is in the annual accounts.

On an ASIC deal you have to understand the discussion and approval of any such deal in a customer / partner. Even if this were a world class company / vaguely reliable potential partner with best in class tech pipeline scoring would have.a.contract about 12 months out and meaningful income about 24.

Million, work with the IP team at work quite a bit and how they attempt to protect IP through patents (the legal word is granted not received), design rights, copy right etc.

The organisation does hold a number of patents on ASIC design, most of which protect what we sell and licence with others producing royalties. The ENET patents have nothing to do with ASICs, more on methodologies for telco data management.

Part of what I do I work on commercial / financial exploitation of leading scientific research, which does include patents. Only about 3% of patents cover their patent registration costs, ENET is in the 97%. What would Nvidia (you need to understand what Nvidia does to start with) want with IP / Patents covering wireless backhaul, the patent clearly having no commercial value ?

Rob, not sure you understand how warrants work, no they didn't raise £1.6m. Warrants are accessible for 12 months not 6. I think ENET much have issued warrants between 8-12 times since float, none have been exercised due to the continued, unrelenting share price call from the float at 140p due to non existent business performance.
