1. Its not "legacy debt", its because of financial / commercial incompetence when they paid in advance for kit for the $8m plus chinese order and didnt get paid. They are still uncreditworthy as a partner or customer.

2. ENET has never used words carefully, in recent RNSs from the Tarana orders throughout the whole of H224 to the the debts will be paid Q125. Having reviewed a tech pipeline every week (but with 1000s of opportunities, £bn of $) I can assure you progress means they are no where near a deal, and we've seen trials/ progress etc a million times from DL.

3. Yep, had that before with FFTH, server DU, private 5g etc etc etc all flopped and canned.

4. Who would trust DL and ENET here with $ms of $$ and their own reputation ?

5. If the underlying tech is poor and doesnt sell for 5 years, enabling it elsewhere doesnt change that.

In summary. Still skint with a few weeks cash in the bank, no cash for working capital, non cash for their "share" of ASIC development. Post IPO Products from a company with a track record of not delivering. Probably the worst management team and BoD on AIM.

In the ten years after DL left Broadlight became a successful company, not the two years he was there - he appears to be the Andrew Ridgely not George Michael.

Worked for a number of US tech companies who buy 10-20 bolt on acquisitions - if they see something small they just buy it for a massive revenue multiple. There have been so many trials / evaluations of f ENET kit surely someone would have picked it up for a song if the tech was any good (or “game changer”, “no brainer”, “transformational” as DL calls it).

Every tech company has a ventures arm, but the brightest of the bright in Silicon Valley / Israel won’t touch ENET with a few hundred k, absolute chicken feed for these people?

If only, like ENSI, RNSs were about actual contracts and work to cover the operating spend rather than desperate cash raises and creditor payments. In NINE months one extension for under $300k - zero backlog, zero work, zero cash coming in.

Anyone who thinks, as they did one or two months ago, that ENET suddenly have a strong balance sheet making them an ideal and reliable partner strongly mistaken.

You only need to compare and contrast the ENSI RNSs (with a stream of wins) with ENETs (struggling to pay the bills, zero business, zero backlog) to understand the difference in market cap. Its not rocket science - its like a Bentley has a difference price than a Vauxhall.

Its amazing how B-Positive is now linking two inaccurate statements together as one inferring the proceeds of sale (in the last few weeks) from Broadlight somehow mean ENET has a few $ in the bank.

Again. Broadlight was sold 10 years after DL had anything to do with it after being there two years. Pretty clear either the other founders thought he was not pulling his weight, or external funders wanted their own man in that role, from his management of ENET someone competent.

I think a mix of lies and sheer stupidity every hour now - you must be really, really, really desperate here - did you borrow some money to bet on ENET and DL ?

1) On ASIC, no it is not advanced, $16-25m is not "on the table" with the customer 2) No, yet again, DL was a co founder and as he was there for 2 years, and then 10 years went by before it was sold 3) "debt free" means they could have 1c in the bank, what is the cash runway in single digit weeks ? 4) One contract this year for a measly $290k, about 20% of their costs year to date 5) Not sure what you mean by "medium" and "large" deals but these wont happen, a small deal (up to $500k) doubt it such a one time deal would have limited impact on the share price.

A non UK entity does have to comply with UK regulations but the threshold is 5% rather than 3% (as well as the reporting in bands above this). It does have to inform so a tr1 can be rnsed. It is irrelevant what the rules are in the US.

Now 5 months into the year and one order worth a pathetic $290k, so covering just one of the 5 months costs when DL will have pocketed over a third of the $290k.

Very clear from the "discussions" if they ever existed that they haven't moved forward from Ilans proactive bumblings, based on DLs previous history three have said no and one "progressing" just can't be bothered answering sparing the printer ink. Anyone seeing any value in ENET tech would just buy the company, you would want full control of it rather than leave it a.contract under DLs control to fulfill.

On aero, they have said h2 if they come - this is the sort of loss making "at least cover some costs" income that really should be with an Indian sweat shop.

So no contracts this week, but expect you to post the same every 30 mins this week doing your Steve Bannon "flood the zone with....." Tactic.

As usual best to explain the emphasis on the "facts" here. DL co founded Broadlight, he didn't found it. He was there two years and then left. The company developed for another TEN years when DL had nothing to do with it and was sold.

About two years ago they should have not needed additional cash for day to day operational costs, today they should not need cash for working capital with a balanced portfolio of some really high margin contracts now at a stage of maturity supporting others. Unfortunately neither is the case.

Bought a few I in my wife's isa, as well as SEIT, Thursday as part of the dividend paying element. Although well times (unlike me) really disappointed to see so many of these sell up, with the gains partially split with shareholders but the real gains going elsewhere.

The stuff they do in the Aerospace sector is old pre IPO product and tech. Although proven it is not enough to run even a quarter of the business on and is lumpy / irregular, from a tech market cap valuation standpoint one off development (vs SaaS / ongoing maint / royalties) is not "quality" income and it has effectively zero, absolutely zero value.

So its the post IPO products from the ten of $ms that has been spent which should create a stream of high margin product / royalties where the value is, but they seem not to be competitive / have no market / don't work after years of trying to sell them.

When an experienced and professional tech Sales VP evaluates his team and pipeline there are set criteria and models used to qualify opportunities (compelling event, budget available, competitive position, ROI calculations understood, internal champions etc etc) the ASIC and OEM rubbish in RNSs (repeated for years now) wouldn't pass the first hurdle questions to have these as qualified opportunities.

As usual probably best to understand the facts around when Broadlight was sold, and the time DL actually left the company.
