These contracts consist of one time product development and right to use licence, with a qtr / annual volume payment - the percentage is heavily weighted on the former which is loss making for ENET. There is no "renewal" as in a SaaS type arrangement.The

IP doesn't have to be patented, and only a very, very small of patents even cover their admin costs.

So the IP is already in ENET.products and is so valuable and world beating and no brainer these products sell precisely zero.

Probably best ask Bennett why anything released by ENET should be taken with even 1% of credibility. Just these two show opportunities that ENET considered far more advanced than the current "we've had a chat" that are considered RNS worthy now. It really is just very deliberate lie after lie after lie, with both BoD and advisor / nomad complicity.

Potential upside, as you know now, is always just around the corner with ENET, then just around the next corner. Aero stuff is loss making and just keeps bodies occupied about 10% of the time. They have been spouting about ASICs for over 15 months now, no one is going to trust DL with a few $m, no one is engaging - this is all rubbish. I call it "paper" because that it what it is - a concept. They have developed previous concepts spending tens of $m to develop supposedly "no brainer" finished products which have sold absolutely nothing.

DLs salary is based on a company with a promise of c $10m of revenue, not about $1m and losing $3-4m. "he wouldnt be pushing through deals", which ones would those be ?

Mickey - why surprised - its just a continuation of the last five years and with contracts of $300k this half year.

They have said any potential further aero deals (attempting to cover some fixed cost base) will be H2 (which is a wide time span). Their near term opportunities is for a product that exists just on paper, ASIC deal - as I've said in the past not a hope someone would risk their career here.

Halfmov, you clearly don't understand that ENETs products don't work on their own (if they actually work at all). They need to sell to a partner who includes them as a small element of their products which already exist, already work, already sell. The market existed before last week, ENET has had years to sell but hasnt.

I think this one is probably alongside the Nvidia is measuring up ENET in its understanding of the market.

Firstly ENET doesn't have competitive products for defence, they would be applicable to civilian allocations if they were (and the small amount of work they do for aerospace is not either advanced tech or profitable).

I don't think pointing out they could be a supplier to the inaccurately named IDF is the winner you think it might be.

Reading between the lines here.

- The new CEO has come in and realised the pipeline is poor, and time to close is longer than thought / the close ratio is poor.

- Very clear the sales resource recruited a year or two ago by the old CEO didn't sell a bean, so clear the decks and start again - all while Angus seemed to believe the plan was working.

- A bit of contrition from Angus on his remuneration for really poor strategic and operational direction.

- Why are they talking about acquisitions, sort out what you've got.

- Hopefully the new CEO in charge rather than the chair.
