Like the 6 or 7 private shareholder s who met face to face and over zoom with DL and MR sold most of my holding a while ago, realised after very deliberate lies DL was a man of zero integrity and backed by a board and chair who were very happy in their ignorance. Debt in a TSP where there are no interest payments isn't a cost. No most small caps are debt free as it's expensive, in ENETs case no one would loan to them (the TSP are trade debtors). Yes, profitability is a stretch when you have effectively zero income and a $3-4m cost base.

Exact details to produce a source and application of funds not known, but take some of you basics - cash in from debtors $700k plus funding $1.1m (generous after costs) = $1.8m. Payment of $400k tsp plus on going costs of $300k a month x 5 months = $1.9m. So the total opposite of well capitalised.

Having spent most of my Fridays for the past 20 years going through sales pipelines with VPs across EMEA in the tech sector, talking means no / limited interest. Discussions (even with aaa rated gartner leading tech companies) means 6-12 months away - the problem is Levi has cried wolf with interest / discussions far too many times to ever be taken seriously with his assessment of a sales pipeline.

B-positive. Debts which they caused cleared through another discounted dilutive cash raise, cash for a few more weeks now. Levi is completely deluded, supported every raise so that isn't an endorsement. $290k of income from new contracts so far this year (over a third of the way through) isnt the big deal you think it is against monthly costs $300k plus.

SL100 - lets go through the facts, floated at 140p now 0.025 a 99.9% + fall, multiple cash raises about £40m worth £1m, no material sales from every post IPO product, most contracts cancelled, no backlog or material ongoing royalties, pipeline that is very weak / non existent, a private shareholder stepping in to run the AGM after the chairman didnt have a clue, a chairman who didnt understand the companies funding, CFOs who come and go, product development costs out of control, losses at $200-$300k a month......

86KB, it really wasnt a "trading update" as they really are not doing any trading.

It just confirmed zero backlog, non existent near term pipeline and detail no costs and cash as it is so bad. ASIC deal really hasn't moved forward in a year, interest in DLs terms means they have tried to contact someone, positive progress is a PA said someone would call back.

Angus has done a terrible, terrible job here as chairman - very, very naive on pipeline conversion and closure and the financial planning from this. The year of "consolidation" last year was a year going backwards very quickly. Distinctly unimpressed.

And clearly someone knew this was coming last week.

The issue to me is the discount to nav, and then taking cash out of the equation to discount the investment element. A sale at £36.6m doesn't change the discount to NAV, but does change the discount to NAV ex cash quite dramtically.

What you have asked is if a company gave ENET $16m in return for shares in the company, with $16m sitting on its balance sheet and existing holders holding c 7% and the investor c 93% what would the value be, unsurprisingly the current value of $1m plus $16m.

Not that it would ever happen, but if an OEM co funds an element of the development (so from 1% to 99%), that is a contract on which ENET would earn income ITS NOT AN INVESTMENT - there is no magic formula from that will make the share price or MC £xm.

Maybe as someone who is a qualified accountant working in the most advanced tech in the UK I actually do know what I'm talking about.
