I repeatedly sent communication to DL, the chair and advisors. DL responded only through linked in failing to cc others early december.

In my job throughout my career I expect certain standards of ethics.and professional behaviour, I am very fortunate that this has been the case in all but one organisations I have worked for..I expect the same of companies I invest my very hard earned money in.

Optibiotix confirm again there has been no "interview" between TW and SOH, previously stating there has been / is no communication.

My complaint is with OPTI not TW or EL.

Herald is a closed end fund, not open ended - the key benefit of investment trusts. If a shareholder sells it is in the open market, the investment trust doesn't have to sell underlying assets.

Probably do a little research. Herald is not a hedge fund and is not in distress. As an investment trust, I like oeics etc, any selling by shareholders (which saba aren't doing) doesn't mean they sell underlying assets.
