I have raised a formal complaint today to the board on the formal strategy to communicate through two individuals rather than direct to shareholders. It is against the QCA code which they pretend to follow, and more importantly is contrary to the fca market abuse regulations (1.4.2).

It shows complete contempt to shareholders to use these two as the official communication.

Unless this is stopped an official complaint will be made to the FCA.

Clearly the badly remembered "knock it out the park" for 2024 is way off. Although growing the rate of growth against the comparitor 2023 will look really poor on revenue and ARR growth, as with additional heads yet to be productive uncertain on bottom line and cash.

Angus has shown a lot of niavity here, especially on top level unweighted pipeline stats without close dates - just meaningless.

I think the market and opportunity are still there and they are making smaller deals.in existing and new customers. A few large deals required to rerate.

There are standards on valuing such assets with multiple scenarios, which one are you using for ENET and what is the comparator population ?
