Best look at the opportunities in the 28nov24 update, and the complete lack of any mention of these in the 24Jul25 update, followed by a new set of opportunities (which arent qualified or anywhere near opportunty status). Been the same since IPO.

DL is a deluded, arrogant liar with the pay of someone running a moderately successful AIM company with a market cap of £25m - with a compliant board and city spivs happy to get their couple of £k a month for doing absolutely zero.

Vote against the share issuance - 1. get the board to provide loans which they should do with the great opportunities they say are about to close so the loans are zero risk 2. close deals and get the share price above the acceleration price 3. and then come back to shareholders to increase share count, repay loans. Mickey, everything you have said is wrong, as usual. There is no order book or backlog. No it doesn't have to drop before the vote, the vote is required for further massive dilution. Even you must realise by now any strategic update or teaser is a work of fiction from ENET. I know you think it makes you sound like you know what your talking about, but there is a set or shareholders at a point in time - there is no "cleaned cap table". Patent - irrelevant, you don't need a patent to protect IP and do business. OEM discussions ongoing, no they just drop out (such as the multi $ms in NRE from an ASIC) replaced by others which drop out in another 6 months...repeat since IPO.

Royalties across all IP was $210k last year, just pathetic. You really do need to start questioning RNSs and not just requote the 1m units, the IP appears to have little value and is all pre IPO.

The IP they have provided royalties.of c $250k a year from all licences, all of which is pre IPO r&d and has very limited value.
