So what exactly would Nvidia, with thousands of brightest and best engineers in the world, subcontract to ENET. For a start Nvidia has reliable / solvent / honest subcontractors who have a history of delivery - what would they want with a con artist like DL and crew ?

They aren't even in the same business.

What knowledge could ENET possibly have that Nvidia would want to know anything about ? Talk about complete ends of the spectrum.

After a couple of months we've come back to Nvidia. Just how would they have crossed paths with incompatible technology in completely different technology areas and with ENET selling nothing of any consequence since foundation, it would be great to understand your thinking here ?

Steve, what is the small $ licence price per unit ENETs element of the 1m units? over what period have these units been sold for an average yearly run rate? is this run rate increasing or decreasing for a 2025 projection? as these are 100% margin what proportion of ENETs costs does it cover?

Bought some a bit ago below the £10 mark, then topped up when I saw the very material CFO buy.

Although a FTSE CFO is "rich" by anyones standards they just dont throw money at opportunities especially where they have LTIPs anyway and are concentrating risk. Nice to see some of the longer termers either getting into profit or at least seeing less of a loss including dividends.

Discounts are competitive and customer information, and strictly held as internal KPIs. Any b2b company reporting their average discount level is pretty stupid, especially those with customers you can count on one hand - why you don't see them.

Finger. An element of my pre retirement job involves the financial elements of commercialisation of scientific research, including spin outs. I know how hard it is for these companies to attract funding, even those who have multiples of revenue than ENET / 100x better managed / proven tech, and how hard the founders work while paying themselves a pittance.

Seeing DL and the wider BoD go through round after round through 100% failure while paying themselves as if they were running a successful company really doesn't sit well. They need to 1. take no salary to preserve cash (they should have saved the vast salaries they have) 2. Provide CLNs at the warrant acceleration price or above to show they actually believe in the company - the later doesn't need a shareholder vote.

Time for DL to blink first and reject.

Any vote on share issuance should only be approved with the whole board not taking a salary until it is EBITDA positive on a rolling 6 months. Seems fair.

I wont pretend to understand the ups and downs here within a week, but does appear to be a stock to trade.

Net and gross revenue are not used in the US. In US software companies licencing their own IP at effectively 100% margin, where we took third part licences through at single digit margins I would take the margin as income (but there was no gross and net) - this is the HP argument with Autonomy with their auditors failing to even do the basics of due diligence.

Last interims had "reported revenue" so a very deliberate use of the word gross. I really hope SOH is not playing around buying / reselling stock and reporting and using this to report incorrectly, margins would suggest otherwise.

Financially correct to clear short term debt, too expensive and dilutive (at this share price) to convert to shares.

I think it was Iron who has asked in the past, where are the director buys from the bullish CFO and CEO (who must have spare cash the amount he is paid and living in a low cost part of the country).

Secondly, really clear the markets perception of KMKs BOD and leadership team, they are simply not believed from the experience of the last 5 years.

I think they need to show consistent performance (taking out the one off Siemens deal) in the p&l, far more working capital control and no aggressive accounting.

For statutory reporting there is "revenue".

There is some complex IFRS on reporting margin as revenue, but this is just revenue (the hp argument with autonomy).

I cannot understand any company stating "gross" in any association with the revenue number on an RNS, especially not OPTI.

So why did OPTI state gross revenue ? Either its not revenue (some approximate from invoicing, other deductions need to take place - buyback and resale ?) or just a completely amateurish RNS.

No it doesn't - there is no such accounting term as "gross revenue".
