Angus assured investors the pipeline was real, credible and qualified ? Now less than 40% of what it was due to the 60% being complete and total dross, hopefully the 40% will have some gems in there.

Angus really has wasted about 12-18 months with cash going out of the door, unsuitable sales people coming in and selling nothing, an unfocused scattergun partner strategy.

The lack of KPIs here (especially ARR growth rather than revenue) is telling.

No surprise we have a continuation of "opportunities" highlighted in RNSs which fail to get anywhere near closing - primarily because they just arent opportunities.

With DL as arrogant and delusional as he has ever been, the BoD, but particularly the non execs, need to step up. They should be qualified enough to see these effectively have zero chance of closing with a very standard list of questions, but clearly they continue to fail to do their jobs.

Would like I see director buys down at this level, given the high remuneration of the ceo/cfo.

Not sure on the buyback vs debt repayment, hopefully debt is reducing as well.

Again not sure on the move from AIM, haven't looked at the impact of other companies that have done it.

Overall does appear cheap on standard software metrics, especially nasdaq metrics - would like to see a further business update for current year.

Barchid, I used to love encyclopedias as a kid. My dad was a physicist who worked on radar, he used to look for his very specialist subject to see how it was explained to determine the quality overall.

I know very little about pharma, financial services etc but do understand software and saas, and. I here some general fund managers run through a list of stocks from differing sectors (where they pretend to know everything) and then talk about a tech company and you realise they really haven't much of a clue, if any.

It's a bit like providing a mortgage for someone to buy a million quid house who has never worked in his life, but shows you the multiple job applications for £250k jobs they have made in the last 5 years.

At current rates of buying the £25 m will last a while.

This one did pop up on vox markets the other day, did say others in the sector are sub scale and loss making owned by pe, and would make a good play as a takeover.

They haven't released an H1 report. As usual with kmk it's what they don't say / hide that is important -but in the notes to the accounts.

Spectral - where did I say "blacklisting", why are you so dramatic ? No they are not a few years back.

When you have a choice of companies with management teams that execute and have professional BoDs, and those that have yet to prove they have, it's easy to park kmk.

Investors will take the Siemens deal to one side and then look to see whether the underlying business is improving and being well managed, as an example working capital cycles reducing, no write offs etc. This will take more than one report.

Spectral, you simply could not have had more major news than the Siemens deal, yet the share price is now lower.

I do think the write ups in the telegraph / investor chronicle a few years ago based on what kmk was saying, which was false, really did sever ties completely as the authors made themselves look completely gullible and totally stupid - really looking that they hasn't a clue about business basics.

Goodwill just doesn't return. Basus very ill judged, arrogant and incorrect views on AIM - as if was running a successful powerhouse - show he hasn't changed.

Spectral, this is frankly garbage. there have been plenty of times he could have opened his wallet but hasn't done so. Always see that excuse.

Opti really hasn't got a strong balance sheet. One illiquid "investment" on a dodgy exchange, the other with a share price all.over the place. Cash, okay but not with the current / forward P&L and working capital requirements. The base business really should be self supporting with margin from contracts 2/3 years ago now providing investments for more recent contracts - but appears to have been so badly managed.

It has no debt as it's really not the type of company anyone would want to loan money to.

As H1 accounts, orders and backlog (which they don't release anyway) aren't known as haven't a clue about H1. The share price movement suggests it isnt, as usual where are the directors buys backing themselves ?
