JP, the pilot must be the Leonardo partnership, exactly what ACRM is a partner with ACRM embedded and just replicating deal after deal with no ACRM sales people anywhere near it. If Leonardo do take ACRM as part of their stack it is much cheaper for them to buy ACRM outright.

A cash shell doesnt have a lease on an office building, fixed assets both values as a going concern, employees under Israeli employment contracts etc. A reversal into another vehicle would only happen with a solvent /"clean" company.

Tuan6, probably if you were UK based, and had a good grasp of written English, you would know that ST is not "someone on the internet" - but for some reason some people take very seriously as having a clue waht he is talking about. Firstly the full year guidance you are talking about is 12 months away in Sept 26. A forecast will include backlog and a weighted assumption on the pipeline, the % of contracted revenues to Sept 26 gradually decreased - amazingly this is actually the same in every business.

Margins. You actually need to read the various company communication on strengthening of bid processes and prepared to no bid on risk / margin hurdles, and then see the execution against this.

The key surprise for me is the time taken from contract to full income recognition - hopefully at the end of Q1 (Dec 25) they should be in a strong position to provide a trading update / guidance for the full year. At the moment the new CEO appears to be executing against what he said.

So no one would do fund development, so now looking for someone to fully fund - what a joke. So back to square 1 and another deadend.

No update on any the revolving pipeline of half ars## "opportunities" which had zero chance of going anywhere.

No they don't have a cyber security "offering", there are some cyber security features in what they pretend to have which sell, checks notes, nothing. I think ENETs idea of cyber security is not being connected to a network, so with other offering from companies with track records and share caps in the $bns I don't think anything ENET would interest "large companies and corporations" (which is the same thjng).

An ASIC chip is a piece of hardware, so no they are not developing one with the hundreds of millions that would cost. They are looking to port existing firm/software from fgpa (which sells nothing) to an asic chip but need to find a mug to help them with the finance, amazingly none have been identified from the RNS 18 months ago.

Pharm, its not a new accounting policy - the separate accounting methodology for perpetual and aaS models have always been in place - its just the switch between the two giving a few fallow quarters.

Disappointed the CFO didnt see a reason to split out total orders between renewals and net new business, or provide any detail on contracted revenue backlog which would enable shareholders themselves to better assess management progress here.

1. You seem to be focusing on UK macro economics when GBG weighting is international. UK house prices wont have much impact here.

2. Current share prices are based on weighted assumptions for a range of macro economic issues some of which you have correctly stated (but missing out some such as the general decline of the USD) - both upside and downside.

Overall your posts do seem a tad "ya boo sucks" level juvenile, lacking in any detail showing general business / technology / economic understanding.
