I do hope SOH does a further investor call after half year update. Would rather have these twice a year, an occasional interviews after key rnss and detailed half year / full year numbers with good commentary.

Anyway, nice share action Friday and Monday, but still a lot of upside.

A fairly conservative view with potential upside both in existing business accelerating but also of opportunities we are completely unaware of.
Supports my view on where the share price has the possibility to be late 22 early 23.
Expect a few bumps in the road both up and down, but as most on this board believe a market cap of £23m is a market mispricing opportunity.
I'm not going to make any short - medium price predictions, expect it will be driven directly by news and an understanding of what 5g are doing.

Further 25k today before the price moves, just too cheap.
Short term daily price movements completely irrelevant to the long term value.
Potential news seems to be completely discounted from the share price at 100%, even when the bones are thrown on deals with an imminent close and known $ value. A lot of hooks in the report to try to join the dots, I'll probably leave this to the masters of dot joining Tracy and Sergei.
Not sure whether part of my 2/3 year plus holding or a shorter term holding depending on the share price.

Sergi, would be interested to understand your workings on the cash forecast you made earlier in terms of underlying assumptions on revenue, margin, r&d costs, other opex. And major assumption changes from last time.
From your posts I still think you have a "very strong buy" view for a 2-3 year timescale but expecting some pressure in the short term.

It's in the notes to the accounts on share issued in lieu of services, if this is the same thing which I believe it is contract terminated.

A lot of moving parts, back in December they said they had absolute line of sight to 60% of the 6m from existing contracts. So these moving sideways, plus new contracts and expansion of existing.
Hopefully won't move down last 35p again this year, I have always thought share price take off will hopefully be late next year / early 23. A lot of takers on this board back at 35p.
As we stand we the share cap is far less than the IP valuation in the report (always open to interpretation).
Good to have sergeis view on cash but I find it difficult to understand how he has calculated this on the very limited up to date info on the balance sheet, plus forward extrapolation - but at least he is conservative.
As always one for the more patient investor.

Dallo, yes always assumed the update was late to provide a piece of solid news in the update. If this has a $ value this must be a certainty.

Not sure what the market expected but seems all is in line, with a couple of nice for bits thrown in for good measure. Recognising time taken to close deals I do like the conservative tone.
It takes a while to digest the update but it is throwing out a lot of crumbs to be revisited in one of two years time, really pleased the company is still planning to spend a lot on r&d.
Said I wouldn't buy more but at this level will use any dividends in my SIPP to top up through the rest of the year, I simply cannot see any other shares with such potential.
I feel very patience investors will be rewarded here with steady gains and then massive gains at the end of 22 / early 23.

Your view that ENET are not fulfilling the legal obligations and responsibilities of their AIM listing needs correcting. Read the AIM rules, these do not provide onerous reporting requirements on companies but are very clear when an rns is required.
So it's then what individual shareholders see as best IR practice.
Hopefully the company are in a difficult poistion, with many transformational irons in the fire nearing contract but not yet there but due in H2. It is difficult to set the right tone between bullish and conservative in these circumstances in an update.

Do need the news in h2.

ENET are perfectly suited to AIM, they can provide very limited reporting whilst hopefully building a world class company without the BOD being distracted by burdensome IR. They are complying with the very, very limited requirements of AIM.
The average price you and I have bought at reflects the fact that we have seen an opportunity the market hasnt and the share is mispriced by a very large margin, so we have / are currently benefiting from the lack of / conservative IR.
As a LTH I hope I am happy that David and the teams focus is on business rather than keeping me happy with a current share price a few pence higher. As ever time will tell, we do need the news

I would hope a nasdaq listing rather than israeli, not just for access to a wider shareholder base but far better quarterly reporting requirements, analyst coverage etc. Assume access to us stocks, with so many Israeli tech companies listed, is relatively easy from israel.
Not now, but in 23 if all goes well with value at minimum $300m. AIM suits requirements of low cost, minimal reporting at the moment.

Looking forward to the update. I hope they provide a range of expectations though, with a non conservative expectation and then a stretch on top.

It doesn't have to be a deal or a funding round, just information that can impact the share price which it clearly has in the last two days.
Guidance is clearly at the stupid end of conservative as you have pointed out, but to have smashed the numbers so completely out of the park is more than just optimistic expectations and was not priced in y the market. Admittedly a lot of grey areas.

Thanks Shedit, I actually think it was before then. It was after the confirmation that the company has not concluded a sale agreement when the price was probably below £2 and what I thought "some buffoon" was rabbiting on about these will be at £8 shortly, I couldn't have been more wrong.

Maverick, same here - sold at want in hindsight were low prices but have a £20k holding at zero cost.
I remember questioning a poster on this board who I thought was just a ramper as the share price projections just seemed fanciful half a year ago. Everything he / she said has happened - will have to look up the name to follow other tips.
