Agreed, a lot of selling for a few pence profit at 50p.
Have a core holding, but bought some "trading" shares in the lulls in h1. Considering this is still at the low end of a two year trading range, with good progress and stbx increasing massively, will hold onto the trading shares for the near future.
Not too clear what is the catalyst will be to take this to 55-60p in a 1-3 month timescale, or just markets being markets ?

A cash raise is not straightforward as you have stated.
It would have to have been at a massive discount to current price meaning more shares vs cash raised. It also does not give certainty as some shareholders would not subscribe, even at deeply discounted levels. After the earlier cash raise it also looks like the management have completely misjudged cash flow forecasting, ENET have not been in a position of strength here.

Good numbers on first generation products - company seems profitable and cash neutral at this revenue. Would like to see more of a timetable on second generation but a massive plus in the background.
Haven't a clue how the market will take these, would be nice to have this RNS together with one from SBTX in close succession. At the moment appears very undervalued.

To be brutally honest Marcel could buy back in now a lot more shares than he sold for the same cash, he still would be fretting on hourly price moves rather than having some patience (which is a prerequisite for an ENET shareholder).
Problem is he might not be able to do this if he is waiting for news.

Just added another c23k, this is simply a bonkers price in a deeply inefficient market. A month ago I didn't think we would see sub 50 again but here we are giving me another buying opportunity. Sold out a final tranche in BOOM where there is still upside, but not as good a story as ENET.
I don't have any short term target. I really don't think the market will wake up to ENET until late next year at the earliest, and even then won't value the company correctly until a bid comes in.
On IR they do need to have investor presentations ready for rnss, so potential investors can see a forward path. I really was interested to see wheelie dealer describe the market cap as daft (I think it is but the opposite way) after reading the rns, as I thought he might do a bit more than a cursory glance at the company but this does show the thought process of a PI who has a fair amount of cash and does a lot of work understanding the market.
I think a DU rns, if it is covered in the press (IC, questor, tempus, Midas etc), will create interest as the application is easier to understand and could be associated with a brand they recognise.

Sergi, just to confirm this guy is not an analyst, he is retired, runs a portfolio and has the twin petes weekly podcast in the uk, I occasionally listen on a walk as it's like a couple of guys chatting investments over a beer down the pub.
He is a bloke who clearly enjoys researching companies (a few hours a day) and running a portfolio is a hobby as well for monetary purposes. He is however focused on ftse 100/250 and was surprised he even gave a tweet on ENET, although clearly not from a position of knowledge even though he worked in Fujitsu in IT. Hopefully he will do so more research and talk about ENET on his podcast.

Not on the call, assume one of the great contributors will provide an update on the question and answer session ?

I have not been critical of IR but now see the issue. If this goes to the top of the riser list and an interested investor clicks through to see what the news is, this RNS is impossible to understand and requires a lot of further investigation which hard to get from ENETs site to show the benefit to the customer, market growth etc.
Hope they find their way to this board and sergi's and Tracy's summaries, as well as the more general following of the 10-15 investors on this board.

Dazed, these are not in addition, emoluments are the total benefits / costs. Page 44 in the report is the best page to look at full year operating costs. Also good to remember that virtually everyone is a director at opti, so little other salaries !

Dodge, can you restate your first sentence as I can't understand what you're getting at ?
Other points , incremental costs are a very small proportion of revenue which is the great thing about this model as they scale.
A contract will have SLAs which I am sure corero understands so that they can meet them, they can't just pull out part way through a service term.

Hopefully just getting the revenue recognition accuracy clean and correct not just relying on invoicing. Can't see them being much longer ?

My hope is that this explains it.

In the short term not really interested in providing update or commentary to get this to 60-80p in the short term, more interested in a 10-20x multiple in '23 based on results or setting this company up for a take out at this level.

Would be nice to have this "hope" backed up with and rns on the uep deal to steady the nerves. Q4 I would like to see an investor meet with a really good slide set reiterating the strategy, market and opportunity so that we can see how they are tracking.

For those concerned, would advise a read of the recent annual report to look at executive compensation and share options. Comparing these to relatively senior executives in US listed companies where I have worked in these are most definitely in the lowest quartile.
The monetary reward is based on share price appreciation of their current holdings.

Its not about ventilators. its about -
1) The decision making and business approval in the company to get involved in a low margin, non ip business - when the company had so many issues elsewhere.
2) The company actually delivering what it has committed in an RNS.

If we take the best case here. AIM is perfect for ENET. Low initial and on going listing costs, a light touch reporting etc. This should hopefully allow time for the smt and bod to focus on medium / long term value creation if news is a little thin on the ground as it has been. As Dallo and Tracy says we are primarily taking a bet on David and the team, as you do in any start up pharmaceutical or tech company.

I am an investor in a few select AIM companies and all of their IR can be improved within the bounds of ndas / commercial sensitivity. Some of their IR practices I find deeply, deeply unprofessional.
I am not sure nice corporate strategy papers or telling the big picture story will make any difference here whatsoever. It is solid business RNSs and news flow which will support and increasing share price - any time this week would be a nice place to start!

I think this may be a risky strategy. Two or three rns may take this to a completely different trading range and it may be difficult to buy when the share price is being chased up with shares in sticky hands (and 5g out of the picture), no Crystal ball as usual so just don't ask me when!
Having said that as I buy on dips I am doing something similar just with a longer timescale.

llol, like you a holder but disappointment here is that SOH panders to this fruitcake with insight and knowledge, and not to shareholders.
