Well there is something we could do. We could report KC for suspicion of fraud since his coincidental divorce and half of his shares passed on to his wife, which were presumably sold off before the huge lose of share value over the last year.

Your incorrect sairfecht. That circumstance only happens at the end of every Q4. At the end of every Q1 you normally get the next Q4 as the DFS timeline

6 months. it was meant to be early q4 then he slipped it to mid q4 then slipped it to end of q4 then slipped it to **** knows when 2024.

It was in CEZ timeline to have the DFS and decision to mine before the end of the year too so don't try play that card.

And getting the DFS done properly and not fast was a perfectly understandable excuse the first time round, but there's been at least 3 years in a row where these delays have happened and its not related to doing a good job. First EMH tried doing the DFS themselves for several years, then they hired new people to oversee it, then they outsources it to company A, then they decided to stop using company A and hire company B. Now company B hasn't done the work. There's nothing in that timeline that suggests EMH are making sure they do the job well instead of rushing it. They are a shambles. It's completely possible from this history that EMH will drop the company doing the DFS without even telling the market and go off it a tangent to start all over again. Maybe even do a third PFS. It's impossible to know what random direction these incompetent people will go next.

THAT is why these prices are not a bargain. That is why everyone is selling their shares. THAT is why the price will be in single digits before you read an RNS with a DFS

Tom, if that was true then why was the DFS release date stated as early Q4, then moved to mid Q4 and then again to late Q4. If it wasn't known then where did any of these dates come from?

Colin, before half his shares were given to his wife the share price was over 60p. Those shares were dumped onto the market over a time period that dropped the price down to 40p. During that time, KC kept talking to the media about how we would get the DFS, early then mid then late Q4, keeping the price up and making us hold our shares while his were sold. Then at the end of the year decides to drop a bombshell that drops the price to 20p like the news came out of the blue and he had no idea this was happening. You really can't see any possibility how this could be suspicious?

Should we do a crowd fund campaign to pay for a private investigator and see if Kieths divorce is legitimate or if it was a fraud to sell half his shares before he tanked the price?

I'm not really sure sub 20 is a steal. I mean who would actually want to buy it? The lies have went from unofficial interviews to being written on an official, published RNS. WHEN the DFS doesn't appear in January, then February, then March, the price is gonna be in the single digits.

It's also worth reiterating that all those milestones still haven't happened and Geomet is no further along that any other potential mine site until Kieth delivers some of the milestones he keeps saying are imminent every quarter for the last 8 years. Wither that or someone else who's capable of delivering them steps up.

What trap has EMH left? No key milestones have been crossed as far as I'm aware. No finance, no Feasibility Study, no permits, no environmental study. The only thing EMH has managed to do is drill holes, and even that was delayed for years because of.... snow?
