Have EMH released anymore news this summer apart from the make and model of a taxi they rode in?

My opinion is obvious to the drop I'm sure, but hey if KC can just keep repeating himself like a man with alzheimer's why shouldn't I? Everyone is waiting for something to actually happen before they start buying because they keep hearing KC say everything is going to happen next quarter for the last 30 quarters, but nothing ever happens. They have no trust in the news of things that "will happen" and can only invest in confirmed actions that have happened. And so far there us no DFS, No permits, No investors and No offtakers. What is there to invest in when these things were promised and not delivered for like 8 year? We are 75% through another year of promises that haven't been actioned. Its fairly obvious why there are no buyers and the share price drops from KCs wife dumps her shares.

Whether I am or am not a joke has no influence on EMH.

So, EMH Management went to the fastmarket conference, and the only thing they can share with us in the 3 days afterwards....... a tweet of their taxi driver......

KC is a joke.

Earlier this year, he supposedly gave half his shares to his divorced wife, which she then dumped on the market, giving the European banks a bargain price to take a 6% share of the company. I think someone should investigate the legitimacy of that share transfer and if he is still in touch with his wife.

Jonsey, for me it's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when. I'm getting tired if waiting. If I was told the DFS would role out late 2023/early 2024 many years ago I wouldn't be posting my frustrations on here.

I just hope now that when things do work out, we aren't starting from such a low share price that we actually make some money outa this.

@dave, My money isn't invested in CEZ, its invested in EMH and unfortunatly for its Marketcap, that company in run by the ambitious caretaker.

I'm trying to inform others here of the realities of announced timescales so they can make informed decisions about EMH, instead of being influenced by those infected with delusional hope. It could be another year before this Legislation is set in stone. Don't you think people should know the facts?

Also not sure why I've been sold imminent updates on progress so many times that never happened.

I also would like to open the topic that I am very interested in opening my own Gigafactory in Czech Republic. As of yet, it hasn't actually happened though. I'm also interested in designing a time machine made from apple tree wood. So you should definitely start planting some apple trees.

Is his word more reliable than KCs?

Any new DFS delays announced yet since the two last week? Q4 2024? We generally get told it will be here before Christmas every year before the excuse of heavy snow in Czechia delays work at Geomet.

The naysayers here are Fked off with an endless stream of promises and delays so If an offtake is published I don't think any of us will be annoyed with that.

What annoys me is that DFS was stated as early Q4, then Mid Q4 (Nov) as of this week, and now from this latest video, 3 to 4 months.... which could mean as late as 6th Jan.

Sooo with that promise not being met again, why should we believe any of the other timelines?

I'd love to be excited hearing that an offtake will be agreed in the next two months, but I've heard this rubbish so many times now it's just a joke for me to laugh at.

I've heard KC talk about have discussions with potential off-takers for 8 years.

How many off-takers do we have?

EMH has went from not doing any work, because they didn't want to be in the public limelight while Babis' government was around, to not doing any work because they expect the current government and the EU to do everything for them.

There are also interviews where "Early" Q4 was mentioned.

There are also interviews where he mentioned samples and results would have been publicised by now, which he also stated in this interview were still being processed......

It wasn't a drop on "no news" It was a drop in news that the DFS will be later than previously reported, which has probably happened so many times now that it's into the double digits.

KC said all he had to say. The usual story, another delay. It's went from early Q4 to mid Q4 for the DFS. People are now expecting the next update will be end of Q4 and so on. That's probably explaining the drop.

2026 will be our updated DFS timing.
