6 months ago EMH reported they simplified the extraction process. Since then, the only thing they have done is hand over the DFS to someone else because they realised after all these years of delying it, they aren't competent enough to finish it themselves. Don't blame this on the EU.

I think it's sometimes better to have someone learn from their mistakes rather than just get rid of them straight away, but if he can't get the job done when the EU basically hand it to him on a plate, they I would classify that as complete incompetence.

So according to the EU leaks fingers shared below, we should expect the EU to have our environmental impact study sorted by summer and the mining permits by year end. If that doesn't happen, then I'm all for getting the pitch forks out on KC.

There is definitely no DFS announcement, unless it's to announce some other addition delay.

I imagine there are no imminent announcements regarding anything significant this year.

Exactly one year ago today, we were all waiting for the imminent DFS. Which we were promised would arrive at that point, after it was delayed.

If VW want to finance the mine construction there is no need for a gigafactory. They can easily use the lithium for a factory in another EU country.
