Do you know how the German government works? Beurocracy beurocracy beurocracy. Also, to fulfil their beurocractic processes they must first cut down a forest to use lots of paper, as most of them refuse to change their ways and do things digitally. And each of these pieces of paper needs to be verified and stamped by someone with no qualifications to understand it, so that the person receiving it can accept it as an official document. Which will take a very very long time.

Interesting theory mick. But if that were true, why would you finalise every piece of the jigsaw puzzle and then delay your gigafactory decision? Or if you meant EMH had this all finalised, they are legally obliged to inform their shareholders, so you'd be completely wrong. There's a higher probability that our delays are a result of VWs delays. We will never know though, as EMH aren't in the habit of updating us with reasons why nothing happens when they say it should.

Well, since this chat on EMH is the only one I've ever posted on, and your research is first class, I'm sure you can find plenty of my posts that aren't a constant stream of negativity and maybe come to the conclusion that maybe there's a good reason for it. So you can stop requesting we make this chat an echo chamber with a constant stream of hopium for those who love burying their heads in the sand. Some of us have been here a very long time and have been told over and over again about how next year is the year for EMH, not only by posters here, but by those in charge of the company. There is a very justifiable reason why people should be posting negative comments on this chat, especially since we know EMH management read it and can find out how frustrating it is being lied to. This isn't the sort of negativity you just put in a passing comment. It's the sort of negativity that should be shouted loudly until someone at EMH does something about it. If you can't understand that, then you can only be described as an idiot.

I agree dave. Why are we even discussing gigafactories. We should be discussing why we don't have the mining licences, funding or offtakes required to be mining and be in the game. Maybe I should stop googling lithium, EVs and gigafactories every morning and posting the results on this board. So, if the majority holder of the lithium exploration rights might not make a decision to build a mine until end of next year, and still don't have a licence to mine yet, and the government can't give land to potential gigafactory builders at the present moment, who still believes Keith's drunken rants about imminent inking for funding his minority share in the potential mine? Especially when he's adamant only real offtake agreements and no MOAs are to be discussed. Or are these news articles fingers is sharing just fake news?

So, from your amazing article Fingers, VW don't want to build a factory in CZ right now because the government won't give them enough land and are now considering Poland. If they change their mind, they won't have one for another 5 years. LG Chem want to build one right now!!! , but they are looking at Poland instead because the government won't give them enough land! CEZ might build one for themselves, which isn't going to provide EMH with any funding, and if they decide they are going to mine lithium it won't be until then end of next year. The government also mentioned big investments, but that won't be until 2024.

You'd almost think that crystal ball of mine that you mentioned with your slander last time we chatted might be a bit more accurate than your superior knowledge of the situation.

Tranche 1 does also rely on the government putting something in writing as a confirmation, not just the company being proactive. I'm not aware of the government getting any incentive to do this before the end of the year. It would be great, but I'm not going to hold my breath

I'm personally not expecting any news until Q2 at the earliest. It's Christmas, so I imagine Kieth will be boozing it up, going to seminars saying the same speech he always does and telling everyone news is coming next week. So he'll be too busy or hungover to do any actual work. But it's also winter, so he can blame the snow and covid because they are more abundant this time of year, which isn't predictable at all.

My impression was that they aren't going to build the new factory at Wolfsburg because the Trinity they planned to produce in the factory was delayed so they thought they would justbe able to use an existing factory that's currently producing ICE cars.

Hopefully we get offtakes with both of them daveri007 if they receive their samples Q1 next year as we were told they would.

So fingers, are you confirming that the rise fell again, there is no new news or new FACTS that have been released and that after years of waiting for feedback from the samples sent to potential suppliers KC has not given us anything feedback from potential offtakers, through asx or any other media source that he frequents?

Fingers, What's your opinion today of my crystal ball, false rise, share price going nowhere statement? Given that the ASX price is back where it started and no news has appeared. Or would you prefer not to acknowledge that, given that it conflicts with your bias? I see you are arguing against my statement of, no offtakes before samples next year, on the hotcopper board where I don't post. So I think it's worth pointing out that samples were sent to these other offtakers years ago and KC didn't even feel the need to inform us of their response, or even if they responded, or how long it might take to get a response.

Stick to the facts. There aren't many of them being presented to us, and the presentations seem to be almost identical to those 5 years ago, so it shouldn't be too difficult for you.
