If VW want to finance the mine construction there is no need for a gigafactory. They can easily use the lithium for a factory in another EU country.

KC has been telling us for 5 years about his talks with potential offtakers. Is it also the snow, corona and Ukraine that make these people chose Vulcan over EMH? Or somewhere reason, that has nothing to do w8th KC?

I've lost trust in what KC says when we should expect things.

No DFS,
No Finance,
No offtakes......

It's two and a half years since EMH received their last preliminary mining permit. Have they submitted any applications for a full ming permit since then? It would be difficult to fast track something that doesn't exist.

Have these fast tracking processes by the EU been implemented or is this still just talk?

And stop trying to spin the DFS delays as good news. Delays aren't good news. Admitting that you are not competent eni7gh to finish your work after sereval years and having to pay someone else to finish it does not make sense.

And doubling the share price only brings us back t9 where we started before LC started all his "inking lies" and bull**** about upcoming announcements last year. When 2022 was meant to be EMHs year.

I hope he's not relying on that EU money to initial the infrastructure and tunnel development for the mine. Considering he hasn't actually applied for it yet, doesn't know if he will get it, and is dealing with the EU and even if he was go8ng to get it, has no idea how long it will take.....

Are we expecting not to hear anything about other financing of the project before a grant is given to build a road under the mountain?

Why can't they get financing for the initial infrastructure another way?

We find out about how much further the DFS will be delayed once we get to Q4. Given the history of the last few years, it would be over optimistic to expect anything inspiring before that.

Babis isn't in charge of Czech, nor has he been during any of the last 3 announcements of the DFS delays.

Nor did he make the decision to outsource to SMS or DRA Global. Both of which are also not based in Czech or influenced by any Czech government.

So I just read through the chat on hotcopper and it appears SMS were removed from company presentations 6 months ago. It was also about a tear ago that EMH were hinting of DFS delays until late 2022. So is it reasonable to assume EMH and SMS haven't been in a relationship for quite some time now?

I think this theory makes a lot more sense, and would be a good reason for the delays than FingersExd delusion that its because VW want 200,000 tonnes from us.

I used to think getting KC to step down wasn't the answer because the company needed some stability. Now I'm starting to wonder if KC stepping down us exactly what EMH need to become stable.

I'd be more interested to see in Q4 what timeline we are given for the DFS to appear in 2024.

How many years in a row now have EMH told us we would be getting a DFS, only to delay it one more year? They is absolutely no reason whatsoever to believe this will be completeled "in the view" of 2023.

And half those things on your list are incredibly unlikely without a DFS.

I'm afraid your crystal ball has a few cracks in it.

The only thing we can look forward to in the near future is more shares being issued to pay someone else to complete the DFS that they should have worked out themselves over the last 7 years of delays. This is a real kick in the face. How has it taken them soo long to realise they couldn't do the work themselves? And how will this inspire anyone to believe they have the ability to complete any of the other requirements, like permits offtakes and finance.
