If you Google "European-Metals-Holdings" and go to the video section. Watch a handful of Keith's interviews. Generally towards the end of the interview is where he talks about imminent news if you want to skip the first half. I did this with several videos that were released between 2016 - 2019. There is a pattern where he mentions news releases that are just about to happen. If you then go check out the list of historical RNS you will notice that either these things NEVER happened or were several YEARS late.

You should not expect a DFS this Quarter.

Like I said fingers, I wasn't going to watch every video from Keith to show you his lies. I only watchd one of the earliest and that was enough to prove the facts.

I also love how you try to tell everyone I'm so horrible because I question the legitimacy of Keith's divorce and discredit him while you simultaneously try to do the same to me.

I'm pretty sure there's another interview where he said the DFS would be completed sometime a year or two after that.

So just to clarify. PFS stated to be complete 2016.

Completed 2019, 3 years later.

DFS stated to be complete pretty much ever year since that and still going on 5 years after the (2nd) PFS. Actually that's not entirely accurate. This is the third, maybe 4th attempt at the DFS so I can't say this specific DFS has taken 5 years.

There is a long list of examples like this, but instead of discussing them, let's just focus on discrediting my character boys.

I'll give fingers some help. Here's an interview from 2016 where he said he'd have the PFS, Environmental studies and permits completed that year. There's a long list of these and I have no interest in ln watching them all again just to prove fingers wrong.

I did answer your point. I just answered it by explaining that your suggestion I am annoyed with CEZ was wrong. And if you don't thing that information is factual then you should sift through all KCs interviews of the last 8 years. It all came from his mouth.

And hypothetically, it he were to step down, maybe someone who had experience developing a mine could take over and take this asset somewhere. Having an experienced broker as a CEO of a mine only gives you someone who knows how to manipulate price and sell off chunks of the asset to investors and banks and float more shares to dilute our investments.

And FYI these aren't my opinions. This is a factual timeline of events that happened. Unlike the timelines that come from his mouth.

I don't care if EMH only own 49% or if they aren't in control. KC didn't say they were. He said several times offtakes were imminent, DFS were imminent, funding imminent, licences imminent, environmental studies imminent every year for years and they didn't happen. He never mentioned CEZ ownership as the reasons when his timelines didn't show results. He either refused to acknowledge his previous comments or blamed anything from snow to covid. Either he hasn't a clue what he's doing or he lies for his own benefit.

Because I wasted so much time invested in Keiths lies covering up his incompetence.

The only thing you must remember when reading this article is that EMH doesn't have an asset. It has an exploration licence to a potential asset that the management of EMH have been historically incapable of getting across the finish line.

So what's the fair market value of a company that owns nothing more than 49% of another company that's only asset is a piece of paper with exploration rights to a mountain and a reputation for doing nothing to progress getting a mining licence or finance to mine it?
