Fingers, how can you say KC has been gagged?

He had about 10 interviews last year where he was ranting about the DFS coming out last September. Then he publicised again that in would be this quarter. Explain how that is being gagged?

And how is him losing half his holdings in EMH supposed to make him more motivated to make this thing work? If anything it would make him less motivated as he's less skin in the game.

This isn't the first company he's outsourced it to though.

He didn't even say why he changed the company he was using the 2nd time the DFS was attempted.

And if they do. Where are these timelines coming from that are effecting the sp?

If KC even bothers to say there's a delay on the very last day of Q1. Will people realise he lied about that 3 months ago when he said the same thing on the last day of Q4?

Do people honestly believe he did not know that there wouldn't be a DFS until the last day of Q4 and then again until the last day of Q1?

He originally told us last Feb the DFS would take 8 months. There's now been an additional 6 months on top of that.

It's the 3rd attempt at producing a DFS too. Does anyone realise KC has no idea what it takes to produce a DFS?

Just to summarise what's happened the last 8 months with EMH.

There was a small rise in the sp in the anticipated early Q4 DFS release because KC mentioned it sooooo many times. When Q4 came around it trickled down slowly for 3 months because it didn't appear and no one had the decency to share that until the last trading day of the quarter. At which point the price tanked.

A new promise Q1 was stated along with regular updates. There's been no regular updates for almost 3 months and the price is continuing to tricky down as a result. Its a matter of days before the end of Q1. Given the historical data showing the track record of EMH management there is a high statistical probability (not opinion) that there will be NO DFS this quarter. This would ultimately warrant another tanking of the price.

Anyone here sitting on the sidelines really think it's worth buying shares in this company prior to either a DFS release or the beginning of Q2 wouldn't be making a sound investment.

If sharealot really wants to argue otherwise, ask yourself how valuable his comments are.

Letting people who know the management of the company they may invest in are untrustworthy is being unmanly? So being a fan boy of KC regardless of his track record and wanting this board to be a shrine to those who want to suck his D makes you a Spartan then?

I sold up when the previous lie was proven at the end of the last quarter. After I'd previously believed many lies before that. Now I'm waiting for price to go back down to where it was when I first bought in about 8 years ago, so I can take advantage of the next rise. Either that or buy back in when news ACTUALLY HAPPENS.

I find it hilarious that I'm considered the one with the tinfoil hat when I'm pointing out nothing more than the fact KC and his so called associates should not be trusted considering its based on KCs historical, well documented behaviour.

Hopefully any considering investing in EMH still pay attention to my posts. Then use what I've shared to do some research into KCs well documented behaviour and consider if they are wise to invest here until after someone completes a piece of work they've said they would.

I think the surprises are only in one direction now.

No one here will be surprised if there's an RNS stating the DFS is delayed until Q4 2024. Annoyed I imagine, but not surprised.

I would also like to point out that anyone who believes Tom actually had a conversation with KC needs there head looked at. Even if it did happen, I can't imagine KC is going to say anything other that what we already know. Macro this, Economic that, Timeline Blabla. Whatever he says, it's going to be something to try make you feel good whether it's truthful or not.

I'm not going to argue about the exact number each of them represents. It was more to point out how someone on the left could actually be less in touch with Bidens beliefs than Trumps.

I'm not sure I would agree that Trump is more extreme to the right. He is definitely more extreme, though I don't think it's based on politics or the right. More on what he wants for himself.

Have there been anymore interviews with KC recently where he describes the macro economic climate of the world, explaining how he's leaving its up to the EU to mine his lithium while making false promises about things he has no intension of doing?
