KC said in his latest interview it would be END of Q1. END wasn't mentioned in the RNS prior to end of Q4 so it would appear that it's being pushed back. Similar to what we were told prior to Q4 last year and then throughout Q4 last year. So there is a strong possibility that it won't appear Q1.

As this is an investment board and not a shrine to KC, my recommendation would be to hold off on buying or sell of you do hold, because the price is highly likely to keep plummeting until at least the end of this quarter.

P.S. anyone who thinks there's no logic to this reasoning has either lost their memory, hasn't done their research or is a straight up gambler.

The latest news from KC is that the DFS is delayed until at least the end of Q1. Nothing positive on the horizon to hold that spike.

My comments about the interview have done nothing but point out the facts that were stated within it. Unlike those on the ramping side which seem to skip past everything that was mentioned about what the company are doing/not doing and move straight on to a load of Macro economics speculation and bla bla bla from some politicians that as of yet hasn't amounted to any progress.

I won't heed your comments because there are others here who will welcome the truth regardless of how hard it might be to swallow.

This is an investment board. I can talk about how this share is likely to drop to single digits if I want. And its worth listening to because I have followed this share for a long time and know the patterns. It will drop because of incompetence. At which point I could be tempted to jump back in and wait for another unjustified spike.

People will realise that fingers has pull those statements about loads out of his ass because they don't exist.

People will realise that KC said in his interview that the DFS has moved to END of Q1, just like he did last quarter. Meaning there's a high probability the DFS won't arrive until Q2 at the earliest. Which definitely means the share price isn't a bargain, because it will continue to drop until the end of Q1 until it reaches sing digit figures.

EMH doesn't have a permit

EMH is managed by people who drag their heals so the share price will continue to fall until the next random unprovoked spike.

Worst case scenario. Hmm there are many possibilities.

This potential mine is highly politicised so there's all the options for illogical decisions to be made with regards to getting permits and mining licences. Politicians could kill this project just to increase their personal popularity.

KC seems to be relying on the EU to change the permitting process before he even bothers to start the application. I think gambling on a bunch on unelected beurocrats is a very big mistake. He should at least be applying under the current system and move over IF there's a change.

CHINA is a lot more powerful that the EU. They could find a way to manipulate the politics of this and shut it down so they can sell cheaper lithium to battery manufacturers in Europe.

European manufacturers could just refuse to pay the price for European lithium when they can get it cheaper somewhere else.

All of these risks could be minimised by not dragging your feet. Which is what KC is doing. And from what I've seen following this company for 8 years, mostly seems to be out of lack of experience or incompetence.

KC has talked about wanting a partner to build a mine, who I'm guessing he wants to finance the build. Maybe no-one wants to make that investment. Maybe a bank doesn't want to loan EMH the money.

Maybe the EU make or get bullied into a deal with China to not allow the project to go ahead.

Maybe all this lack of transparency and untrustworthlyness from KC goes deeper than we see and it's just a fraudulent scam. There's no way of knowing. It's clear to see there's no trust left looking at the market cap. Maybe it's justified.

All those numbers coming out of KCs month in his interview are as much BS as all the rest of the figures he's come out with over the years and this mine will just be too expensive to build.

Maybe some idiots infected with wokeism or chinese bots will setup a viral movement to shut the project down for fake environmental reasons.

I could go on like this for ages Tom. The point is, the longer this drags out, the more likely it is to fail. All this crap about having patients means nothing when it comes to the reality of building this project. Time is very important.

It's just a matter of TIME before the sp drops below 10p and that TIME will be shorter than the TIME it takes KC to get an offtake a DFS or a permit.

How many TIMES now greenmachine has KC told us about his encouraging meetings with potential offtakers over the TIME period of the last 8 years? How many more TIMES do you think he will say the same thing before his and our TIME on this planet are up?

That's the problem greenmachine. TIME. We keep being told timings that never happen. You're calling everyone a naysayers for pointing out that we are continuously being told timelines that never happen.

END of Q1 now.... anyone here that doesn't have a short term memory remember something similar happen last quarter. Early Q4, mid Q4 then END if Q4. No poi t buying back here until this is single digits. When this thing 10 bags it's not even going to reach previous all time highs.

Second observation. KC mentions offtake timings are related to permitting and not the DFS. Last year he said he expected an offtake agreement before the EARLY Q4 DFS release. Since that offtake is now 5 months late and counting it would appear the permitting us also going to be significantly late. Which he also mentions is the deciding factor for start of production. Same old same.

That analyst had nothing possible to say about EMH. He just mumbled about European supply requirements. Said if battery producers needed lithium then it would have to be built. But Keith has been have discussions with suppliers for 8 years and hasn't secured a single offtake so it doesn't appear to line up with his words.

Blaming everything on "Europe" and the EU being slow, when really the problem with EMH is themselves and not everyone else. What does europe being slow have to do with requiring 4 attempts at getting a DFS out the door and currently failing on the latest attempt?
