Well, it seems like CityofLight has been reading my posts with as much scrutiny as the DFS {which shows an unviable mine at current lithium prices} as at no point did I say HE creates AI drivel. Its clear to see who the emoji master aka AI driveller is on this board.

But anyway. THE DFS is still crap and cap raises will significantly dilute shareholders at this price, never mind the price its going to fall to.

Its funny how those saying others dont understand the bigger picture havent grasped how poor the DFS numbers are, and that businesses need to earn more monez than they spend.

Also a cap raise a a few million isnt a trivial number when the market cap itself is only a few million.

If the lithium price stays above 30kUSD for long enough that offtakers will agree to the DFS price of 26k USD, and the EU pays for it's construction, then this thing has a chance of reaching 40p MAX!

Not worth the risk given todays lithium price and the EU having to much involvement.

Only worth buying if lithium price stabilises here for another 6 months and the sp drops to 4p

The DFS numbers were aweful. No potential offtaker is going to agree to a floor price needed for this project to remain afloat at current lithium prices. Even if the EU paid for the full construction. This board is full of delusional people prompting AI to reinforce those delusions. Sell up and come back when the lithium price doubles

Yep. The PFS showed EMH being one of the most robust lithium mines in the world to low lithoum prices. To then publishing a DFS showing it to be one of the worst, even with the EU paying for its construction with grants.

Sounds like you havent been here very long or have a full grasp of the RNS catalogue prior to the last few months. Otherwise you'd realise 95% of my predictions have been accurate, and you wouldn't be thinking KC was a saint. There is plenty of evidence out their for those willing to look.

Everyone has offtakes, some before they get DFS's, before they get finance etc etc. But EMH doesn't, even though KC has been saying they are in final discussions for a decade now, and several rounds of samples have been sent out over those years with no feedback being shared. Offtakes have been reported by KC and being imminently inked for several years now.

What's so wrong with this project that no one is signing offtakes, when every other project is?

There is nothing sob story for Keith. He's lied to investors for 10 years about imminent offtakes and DFS timelines. It's likely a personality trait that led to his Family Court story too.
