The project might work at 26k if they build it today. Because the Capex & Opex costs are at today's prices. Do you really believe they won't change in the next five years? Dont you remember the PFS Opex and Capex costs? They were a little different from the DFS

The model used spot prices AND a range of predicted future prices by numerous well known sources. Sources and spot prices used regularly by the rampers. So maybe you should start pointing fingers at the other side of the fence. Im just mirroring the exact same things as they are with the same market data. The only difference is that I apply it to the actual DFS and not some delusion that the mine will be built for free and run for free by the EU, giving all the profits to shareholders of EMH.

No calculators here. Just the same AI the rampers have been using with the Geomets own DFS numbers, not some other unrelated company.

Jemesa clearly didnt look at the numbers I posted earlier this morning or he would realise he's wrong. Costs will be higher than the DFS and grants aren't being awarded to EMH.

All this stuff about the EU saving the day and building the mine is total rubbish. The rate they are giving out grants doesnt even counteract the inflation rate since the PFS and it isn't going to get any better between now and the start or end of construction. Didn't the EU spend years setting up some fast track system of getting mines into production? The EU is the most incompetent organisation in Europe.

The EU doesnt have strategic energy supplies. They've swapped their low cost Russian energy for more expensive fossil fuels or even more expensive renewable. On top of that, energy prices are skyrocketing due to the Iran war.

You should maybe think about how this impacts the capex and opex given the distance the plant is from the mine and the incredibly high heating costs of the processing plant. Add other 1500 dollars to the cost per tonne should do it.

The only thing the current world situation highlights is that the EU cant afford to build mines because they cant afford the gas to run one.

I bet there's people here thinking an offtaker will pay for construction of the mine AND pay EMH 26k/t
