Explain how waiting and delaying the DFS, lying to investors for so many years in the hope the lithoum price goes up, that you end up putting yourself in a situation where the only thing that goes up is your Capex and Opex. Then the only thing that could save you from lithium price fluctuations, which are the by product, are completely removed from the DFS and the EIA. Then you're left with a project that needs hundreds of millions of grants just to cover the inflation from the time of PFS to DFS.

Geomet isn't on the stock market. Hence, the need for its shareholders to provide the cash. So yes EMH will need to caugh up 49% of that. If it doesnt, then CEZ can instigate a buy out.
