Fair market value after a cap raise isn't likely to hit 50p until start of construction. Only then is 30% NPV considered a realistic consideration for the market value and that's not going to happen for another 6 years without any additional delays. Increased opex costs have destroyed any chance of getting a multi bagger out of EMH and best case scenario for many long termers here will be to get their money back. The sp will never see its previous all time high unless the price of lithium skyrocket. Can try spinning this however you want now, but these numbers in the DFS are mediocre considering the laughable price of 26k they used for lithium price.

Anyone who expects the DFS over that period shows their opinions should be taken with a pinch of salt. That's not saying it won't happen with 100%, its just going to be a surprise if it does.

There's been about 20 different timelines over the years for the DFS. This is far from the first and shouldn't be viewed as the last. The rampers here have indicated the last 3 delays would be the last and non of them have.

I wonder how much dilution will take place? It'll need to keep the company afloat for at least another 6 months of EIA and DFS delays, then another year or so of sorting finance (if it gets that far). Well, there goes the first half of December and another lie from KC is exposed. Yet it seems like the rampers just don't want to lift their heads out of the sand.

How many times is it now the rampers have lead relentless personal attacks on my truthful posts only to have egg on their faces. Once again, the only thing I need to say is "I told you so". I was right again, like 95% of my posts.

This iteration of a DFS is six months late now. KC was telling everyone then too that the EIA that requires DFS input would be ready on the last second of the last minute of the last day of the year. With 6 months of delays somehow that doesnt change? EMH is only days away from losing the JTF funding.

I mean its not even difficult to spot the lies anymore. KC, FingersXd, sporazene etc have got so many of you brainwashed that he doesnt even try to make his lies realistic anymore.

The clock is ticking on the JTF grants. The clock is ticking on the dilution of shareholders investments. There is no more money in the bank. KC has wasted millions on several iterations of a PFS and several iterations of a DFS.

Everyone keeps crying about how undervalued EMH is, but EMH isn't undervalued at all. It doesn’t matter how much the ore is worth on it's own. It also matters whether the person in charge shows they are capable of getting it out of the ground. KC can talk about macros all he wants. He can get the EU to promise to reimburse his expenses. If you can't get the project off the ground in the first place or even have control to do so, then you basically tell shareholders you company is worthless. EMH is worth no more than an exploration licence, because that's all they have. An empty bank account and an exploration licence.

Once again, I was right. No doubt the rampers will spin something. Make excuses for KC or personally attack my credibility is the standard response. Doesn't change a thing. I'm right again.

JTF say the EIA needs submitted AND APPROVED in the next 6 months or EMH doesnt get a penny.

This new grant is the same. Zero grants or cash upfront. Money only gets approved after emh has raised the money and spent it on building the mine.

Why no upfront cash? Because EMH has a reputation of being untrustworthy and not delivering on their promises. Both parties here have done their due diligence. They know the resource is good but they also know EMH is incompetent so they aren't giving them a penny until they pull their FingersXed out of KCs hole.

Even RockStock said they were considering pulling the plug on their investment to KCs face in their last interview. Anyone doing their due diligence lately isn't throwing another penny at this until they see some results.

How do you believe the EIA will be completed before the deadline when KC sets the completion date target as the final day before the JTF deadline. What kind of management is that? I tell you, its the kind where someone makes up random dates in their head so you keep chasing the carrot on the stick.

Could be 15p by Friday if KC fails to meet his third timeline for the DFS?

Its hilarious. When I post a positive but realistic post here, talking about the complications with what is still a positive grant, the rampers still go bashing. They don't even want to here realistic positivity. They just want to hear MOON MOON MOON. Unbelievable.

Yes, this company SHOULD have a higher market cap on this news, but it doesnt, and it won't. Not until a DFS actually appears, because there is ZERO TRUST and ZERO CREDIBILITY with EMH until it arrived.

Anybody want to talk about realistic economics in a positive light here? I guess not. When even KC says its a reimbursement grant, FingerXd still ramps on about how EMH doesnt have to find their 49% share of the capex. What an absolute load of Shhhet
