KC clearly chats and its even in the RNS about how the grant scheme pays out up to 35% of the eligible part of the capex. So the minimum capex is basically going to be just over 1 billion.

Also, I don't get the feeling most people here understand the grant is a reimbursement for expenses. So EMH will still need to raise the money before even applying for the grant. It's still going to cost shareholders dilution, and the company will still need financing for their share of the full capex, which regardless of grants will still involve some form of interest.... Its still great news.

Some people just need to understand this isn't a pot of gold and it doesn't mean EMHs market cap should be the equivalent value of the grant. EMH still needs to raise 49% of the capex value, which is going to be minimum 500 million. So EMH still need to finance debt to the equivalent of TEN TIMES their market cap. Not a big deal if there's a DFS, but it seems like the carrot on a stick DFS could be delayed yet again closer and closer to the point where KC will be diluting shareholders. All good news, but this ain't a rocket.

First, these grants won't be realised for many years, if at all.

Secondly, these grants are dependent on EMH/Geomet organising and submitting documents, so they havent gone through final approval yet. Completing documents is something this company says it will do every few weeks, but never does...

This same thing applies to the JTF grant. It depends on an EIA submitted by end of December, in a condition that it will get approved by mid 2026. Again, something that's been impossible for this company for years.

Then the EIA grant depends on the DFS which has been on the magic roundabout for a decade.

EMH has paid for that DFS at least 3 times now and drip drained all the remaining funds into the CEOs back pocket. Now there is zero money left in the bank and the grants to keep them afloat are years away, if ever achieved. You will be having your shares diluted very very soon, eliminating any gains you make.

EMH share price will do the same thing it did on the last spike until there's a DFS released. Then probably the same again until there's more money in the bank and share dilution is over.

350 million grant figure is the TOP LIMIT of possible grants, which actual sum DOES NOT YET EXIST.

6 weeks late? This latest version of the DFS was set at Mid 2025. After a second delay it's now stayed to be the very last month of the year. Its 6 months late!

And its over 2 years later from the last version of the DFS, which was 2 years later from the version before that!

And the JTF grants won't be released unless the EIA is approved before mid 2026. And when I say mid 2026, I mean mid 2026. Not some BS date for a DFS that gets delayed year after year.

Its always been aligning. Yet never seems to get there.

Lol. The time has done the talking. From the first time there was supposed to be a DFS, right through the 20 times until today, time has allowed people to have their shares diluted, the cash in the bank all spent and a share price thats lost 90% of its value.

Bubbles, it was also only weeks away In September when he announced October as the DFS date. In 2023/24 there were also many announcements about DFS's weeks away. NON OF THEM APPEARED. There is no reason for me to remain quiet. The time to be quiet is when the DFS is actually released, if it ever comes, so I can read it, consider it's contents and decide if I should jump back in. Until then, this projected DFS time is no more likely than any of the others.

Don't forget, on the morning of the last day in October, we were also told the DFS was on track for October.

There is a good reason the price has dropped on this news. We've heard it all before, and this time is no different from the last. Though, like every time before, the rampers, and those clinging on to hope will tell you, surely this time it's happening. It's only last month they were saying the same thing, and August before that.

You couldn't make this up. It makes me wonder, with two PFS paid for, and this being the third DFS he's paid for, has anyone ever got in touch with any of these DFS company's to see if they actually worked with EMH or if that money went somewhere else...

Mick, I've always said I'd jump back in if a positive DFS. Anything else you might have heard would have been from the ramping liars trying to tarnish my character. They don't just deceive you with BS about EMH, they do it about anyone who mentions critical facts about EMH. I see there's still no RNS about the Mid-2025 / October DFS, so I will not be buying just yet, especially with the high probability of an imminent dilution.

I agree with Simo, Politicians and EU representatives had been talking up supporting Cinovec for at least half decade, even visiting the mine site, but still, no ground has been broken and local rejections of the mine have trumped every decision.

This company doesn't need more talk talk talk, it needs someone to take action and get the thing built. Or at least complete a DFS to show it can be built.

Things changed though. After waiting patiently for DFS after DFS, waiting for the offtake agreements we were told were being inked year after year, that also never appeared, wait for all the financing agreements we were told were being finalised year after year that never appeared. Holding the shares while the price dropped and dropped, not selling because of all the imminent promises year after year.

It became apparent KC was full of it, and was doing F all for shareholders or to move this project forward at the rate he was promising everyone. The only thing he was doing well was paying himself hansom checks.

I then only became negative year after all that patients. Not negative towards you. Not coming here to gloat at other misfortunes. I continued to post to let others know it's probably a good idea not to trust this crook. It's only people like you who I take pleasure in talking down to.
