This same story has been hypothesised many times since EMH said they would do something with this resource bit with several other battery manufacturers and several other car manufacturers. Non of them have ever come true because there is no mine and n9 study to show if mining is even profitable.

Speculations like this is why everyone have been averaging down for the last 6 years.

Won't be a huge miss for me, if it comes and us good I can still jump in for some gains. Maybe not as much as those who bought recently but still better than those who have been holding for the last years.

For those holding though, if it doesnt come, which is statistically more likely, the losses will be even more devastating. The risk/reward ratio favours my logic a lot more than your emotional attachment to holding.

Given the fact they have stated a completion timeline in previous RNS, stated it will have an increased output quantity, and its such a long time since the PFS was released, so the financials are significantly different my interpretation is that they would be obliged to release it.

Lollies, EMH cant just not release the DFS. That's the law. Even more so because they gave timelines in previous RNS. You're full of sh!!t.

Don't forget this new DFS - which was supposed to just be "finalising" the one from 2023 - was supposed to be here Mid 2025 before October was the date. Now we're approaching November. Its already months late and now approaching 3. Which is not even a big delay when you compare it to the 2023 DFS, which was originally supposed to be Mid 2023, then got pushed back repeatedly until Mid 2024, at which point we all found out from some dodgy local newspaper that there wasn't going to be a DFS until 2025.

I would disagree with that.

He hasn't procrastinated for 8+ years. He's repeatedly lied to shareholders about things that will imminently happen in the short term future to the point it's highly likely there isn't going to be a DFS in the next nine days. So IF you want to make a quick buck, you'd be safer finding a gambling website and see if they take bets on EMH NOT releasing a DFS in the next nine days.

Your odds of making a quick buck here in the next nine days are about the same as gambling on black at rhe roulette table.

Everytime a news article is shared here pointing out issues with EMH, the rampys ridicule it, saying its an untrustworthy source. Everytime thats happened in the past with regards to timelines, they've turned out to be true. Its a shame the rampers cant figure out how to do that with the consistently fictitious timelines reported by EMH.

is this the traditional news report that comes out just before kcs missed deadline leaking that the dfs will not be on time. q1 next year? seems like 2023 all over again.

10 full working weeks until the end of year EIA submitting deadline to be viable for the JTF grants and still no DFS thats required to create it.

Normally we find out about DFS delays from some third party like a local Czech newspaper. KC has never had the backbone to speak about any of the 100 odd fake timelines he's previously stated, whether DFS, offtake, finance etc. I can't imagine you will find out about a DFS delay unless someone posts a local newspaper article here.

Regardless of who's in control of the asset. KC is in full control of the words that come out of his mouth or he writes down on paper. Its only KC who tell his companies shareholders of 20 odd DFS release dates over the last 6 years when in many cases he's known full well that it wasn't going to happen. Its KC who has repeatedly told shareholders of imminent 'inking of offtake agreements that never happened. These are the reasons no one is buying. It doesnt matter how much potential the asset has.
