All the rampers have realised there's no point anymore, and all the realists have been blocked by the rampers because they can't handle the truth. As a result, no one can cleave a constructive conversation.

Anyone who thinks the elections will have any influence on EMH needs look no further than May 2023, when the prime minister actually visited the mine location.

What happened since then? Locals rejected the plant location, DFS that should have arrived a few months after that got repeatedly delayed for another 2 1/2 years. Plant location had to be moved 40km away from the mine and butter all has happened.

It's been the same thing every election. Everyone here saying the positions will do this and do that, but at the end of the day nothing ever happens, no DFS s are complete, no offtakes appear, no EIAs are complete, no permits granted, no funding apart from capital raises and dilution of your shares.

I gotta laugh at those who block opinions they don't like.

I still post factual information about the constant failures and lies of EMH, so all those on the board can be factually informed. The good news is that now I don't have some ramper who's telling you lies, personally attacking me with BS in order to distract you from the truth.

Then we can take on fingers and sporazenes conspiracy theory that my comments should be ignored because my last comment came in at exactly 10.35

Why don't we assume not a single member of EMHs board have any confidence in their own project or DFS timeline, considering not a single one of them bought into the capital raise. Not even to maintain their percentage.

But is Sporazene still saying the DFS will be next week? Take everything that man says with a pinch of salt. He comes up with claims as ridiculous as KCs.

If by some miracle the DFS arrives in October. Will KC then blame the winter snow for not submitting the EIA on time to get the JTF grants?

For those who aren't aware, this has been the excuse several times for other delays.

Blonde, they donthe same thing everything they slip in a delayed DFS timeline. Dangle the carrot saying the delay is positive because they're adding more value. Im pretty sure the value of a DFS 4 years ago would still be higher than the value of a forever delaying non existing one today.

You're in advanced negotiations to sell a property, then just before sale, you release news that states you really really need to sell this land before a cash call.

Great negotiation technique. Now the buyer can drop their price at the last minute and know they have you by the balls.

Any wonder there's been no offtakes if that's how you negotiate.

This is just another example of how I keep saying, wait for the DFS before buying in.

Don't listen to the BS sporazene and fingersxd keep coming up with, and the timelines KC tells you.

If you want to buy, you only need to wait two more months for the DFS. I mean, there's no way it's not going to happen in October if EMH announced it right? They'd never give you a timeline and then not meet it...

Also put October 2025 timeline on the DFS? Do you think that's real or just a carrot on a stick to get everyone to "top up" and absorb the released shares? Think I'll pass...

Surely this means the DFS isn't happening for another year, or if it's happening soon, the outcome is a negative one. What other reasons would there be for the timing of this capital raise prior to a DFS?
