She probably just accidentally deleted all the documents from the DFS. That'll be why it was delayed. It definitely was completed on time. No conspiracy needed.

There's as much possibility the election has absolutely no relevance to the DFS not appearing when KC said it would. There's as much chance the reason is because KC had more whiskeys yesterday than average amd emailed the report to his dog.

Sporazene you've had several statements over the last few months saying there was a logical reason the DFS would come out earlier than expected because of the elections. Now you're saying the compelte opposite. You just make upnrediculous theories to align with your desires. Stick a few bells and whistles on your statement and try convince everyone it cant possibly be any other way.

You were absolutely confident there would be a DFS in August, the September and then October. Turns out you got it wrong every single time. Care to give us an explanation for those before coming out with another one?

Today started with myself AND OTHERS calling out GMs BS about DFS and grants being done. That's not his opinion. Its a complete lie.

You turned it into something about me and you were given some truth pills. You don't want to blame the messenger when it comes to KC's repeated failures but you want to blame the messenger when someone opens your eyes to reality. That's on you I'm afraid.

Tom, you're still dont that normal thing. Blaming all the people he's negotiating offtakes with (if they exist), all the people he negotiates finance with ( if they exist) and all the different companies he's employed to complete the DFS. There's one constant in this whole equation, and you seem to want to point the finger at everyone else.

Tom, if the 2023 DFS was almost complete. And this DFS was just finalising things as you were told, why is it taking longer than the original DFS and why has it been delayed twice? The answer is you have no idea. You have no idea because the person handing out this information is withholding it from you and they will only speak of it again when they want to swing that carrot on the stick again with a new date. How can you trust someone like that? They've repeated this every year for 8 years.

With regards to KC lying. Delays are normal, making the odd statement about an upcoming even that does happen is normal.

Saying that offtakes are being imminently inked, financing is in its final stages and DFS are about to happen multiple times per year for 8 years AND NONE OF THEM HAPPEN is not normal. Never communicating about Delays to those statements is not normal. Never communicating to shareholders at all unless it involves making a statement about imminent progress that never comes is not normal. Blaming someone else for every single one of them is not normal. If you had the memory of a goldfish and only remembered his last statement then maybe you could think its normal, but it's not.

I was one of three investor attending and I asked a few questions which KC addresses for a total of maybe 20 minutes or so afterwards. Everything was played with a straight bat. I'd say things look pretty bright on the funding front, and it seems that there is reason to hope one of a few government connected and/or financial institutions from France or Germany in particular may come to the party upon completion of their requisite criteria. EIB and other broader EU institutions are as well obviously mentioned as in the same conversation.

Each body requires certain boxes to be ticked it would seem, but (this is the bit Skelly cries foul and says we've heard it all before and vague promises - there were no promises- are not worth the breath from whence they came) we appear to be actively talking to many parties about funding

DFS timing is obviously of great interest. I paid close attention to the language. I'd say you can take it to the bank it'll be some time around what has been outlined ie mid year. You cannot take that to mean June 30 as an ironclad guarantee. It might happen. It might be a bit later than that. I'd expect it will be. A week or a month, I don't know but it's not in KC's control. He's just the one more eager than all of us put together for it to be published, and he's just passing on timelines he's been given. He did allude to wanting to get as many items including the DFS finalised as possible before the summer holidays (over there not in Oz)

Here's some truth.

KC told us all in May I think, that the DFS was in track for Mid 2025. Come mid 2025, no DFS appeared. In fact, the truth was they didn't even have the funds to pay for one, so in mid 2025, instead of having a DFS released, they did a capital raise to gather funds for one. We were then told October DFS, but it turns out October was just the month they gathered the funds required for a DFS. All after we were told in 2023 that they were funded until final investment decision.

Now we're told there's no money left in the bank and we're seeing a hint on the latest RNS that there will potentially be a diluting of shares.

That is the truth.

Thos is the kind of BS we get from GM and his friends. Telling everyone the DFS will come before the election. Now they're trying to tell us all its delayed because of the election lol.

Simo, exactly. I’m expecting news soon and if Sporazenes’ hypothesis is correct about the cz government releasing news before the cz elections then I don’t think we’ll have to wait before a slew of news….

They know I'm right joshing. They know I've been right 90% of the time. They've just been bashing me for soo long, their egos won't allow them to admit the truth. Neither to others on this board, or themselves.

We can certainly prove you wrong with regards the share dilution though. It's written at the bottom of the RNS.

How does one "Prove me wrong" on several statements about things that don't exist? Should we just point at the sky and say there is no DFS or grant money present among the clouds proving you wrong? hahaha

And dont forget, the RNS showed EMH will be out of cash next quarter and will be diluting your shares, which they also hinted at the end of the RNS.
