Updated corporate presentation doesn't really make for good reading if you want to see production.. can't see the Kallak timeline anymore and Grafintec has been pushed a few years further.. it's a sad state where the SP is, we can't push these projects much further than they are now because of where the SP sits and the company is valued. They need JV partners asap. They alluded to non-dilutionary funds for Grafintec but we need action no more words.

They were privy to the raise as is the case for IIs as they were 'consulted on' in the weeks leading up to the announcement by the company.. some of those may of chose to play with their holdings, but we don't know for sure 😅

They weren't given inside information. The RNS openly says they engaged with a number of institutions in the weeks leading up to the fundraising so they were all privy well before all is.. it was no secret.

This should be highly achievable and doesnt include much of a margin improvement from nutrition. If they can build margin back to double figures then that would be huge here.

That share count at exactly the issue price works out at the 'upto allocated amount' minus the actual allocated amount.. so probably just a deletion of sorts to then cancel though I didn't think they had been allocated yet.

We need them strategic partners onboard for GAMP and Kallak.. this grinding to a halt. Enviro permit won't be this quarter still far too much to do and PFS lucky to be this year judging by the updated corporate presentation. They are preserving funds now as the SP is ridiculous.. timeline for Grafintec production put forward to 2028-29.. Kallak will be 2030s. Unless we get strategic partners onboard who can stump up some cash.
