You'd expect a loss for FY24 when they report but not from Jan this year FY25..

I think the FY24 is a bit mehhh.

It's more about how Q1 has gone as the now 'profitable business' and the outlook and whether nutrition is now improving.

Soon see the direction this is heading in the update next week. Not long now.

A 3p divi would cost the company £38.7 million.. for that FCF would probably have to be c£100million with margins back to double digits in nutrition etc etc. While not out of the question we are probably not looking at it this year.. (never say never). A 3p divi is over 10% yield right now lol we can dream. SP would more than double if the company started producing the figures to demonstrate this.

I'm alot more conservative, more leaning towards 1p for full year if they do a divi.. even with that they should still be able to bring down the debt back to their target over time.

I'm very 50/50 on it.. it's encouraging that 'institutional investors' are finally nabbing a few but at a very distressed price.. equally could be a great time to buy..

That's the reason the SP is where it is.. you are buying into a potential turnaround.. once and if it becomes profitable again it's good bye to these prices. Green shoots showing with return to growth in own brands and they are growing brands which resonate to the target audience that the 'disruptors' are targeting so the effort is there..

I'm optimistic that's why I'm here but still looks a way to go. In the meantime it's getting a little interesting here with the big boys increasing.

I could see a 1p dividend for the whole year not a maiden one.. far too early. £12.9 million in dividends for the whole year from a FCF of £40 million is plausible. Maybe 2 a year totalling 1p, not sure on the split.

Other alternatives would be buy backs or smash it off the debt.

In the meantime we have the profit warning next week to get through 😉

If it fully turns around, starts growing again and becomes relevant and profitable again anything is possible here. Big IF but green shoots are there. Or it gets taken out alot lower, or it goes bust.. 3 entirely possible scenarios lol.

How far in advance do they buy their Whey? Contracted in for so many months etc.. you'd think they'd be waiting until H2 given that is when it is expected to weaken further.

That revenue growth can't be right surely?! They are both a big part of THG beauty which only grew by single figures.. unless they are a very small part..
