And don't forget the elephant in the room -ANY deal on Rosbunker [indicated before April 2014] is worth at least £22m or £2500 pa bottom line in ADDITION to the European ops. That sale alone would equal the whole Market Cap of PAN at present. Forecasts have not factored this event into the equation and the clock is running. I would expect a lot of people to get on board for this fact alone as the 6 month clock ticks by. DYOR and GLA.

Was going to invest here but multiple resignations made me dig deeper. Only 3 main customers - one major customer [Arriva/First bus?] spent £2.2m in H1 but will only spend £0.7m in H2 [whole year 2012 spent £3.7m] and Go-Ahead 4 year contract was due to expire Aug 2013 - there has been no comment by C21 about this yet so I contacted both companies. NO they have not renewed and ........the contract has gone to a competitor. There may be wins from France and Germany but these are big blows - Caveat Emptor. I shall wait and watch this one out

High barriers to entry at this level of bespoke [patent-protected] mobile HDgaming and PBTY is a mobile-specialist, It will either re-rate or it's patented technology will be taken over - this trades at a fraction of the price of US counterparts and only operates in regulated gaming markets - peach of a share. Fixed overheads = high operational gearing Probability has low, fixed operating costs which do not go up as we increase revenues. In fact, excluding our acquisition of Playyoo, fixed operating costs in the first half of the financial year from April 1 2012 to September 31 2012 were the same as the same period in the previous year, yet revenues increased by 42% in the same period. Operational gearing has been obscured in the past by the significant investments in marketing as the company acquired new customers to its direct-to-consumer brands in 2012 and 2013 financial years. Broker forecast 80p - but that could be wide of the mark either way. Fidelity came on board recently with a 9% stake and Nigel Wray holds 2m shares. ICap founder also hols 17% as IPGL . Only 34m shares in issue and small MCap so could jump quickly with good news on traction and roll out. Worth doing the research and making your own decision but the last share issue was underwritten at 64p and oversubscribed so the profit-stream must be credible going forward.

Little gem at year low!! DMOR and just picked up a shedload at 39p. Patented platform technology for all smartphones and nobody is watching this one - its a screaming buy as it has just gone EBITDA positive after an oversubscribed fund-raising at 64p. The world is going mobile [MOObile] and its just entered the Italian market as well. Squeaky clean as it only operates in regulated markets and is massively undervalued against its US peers. Spent a fortune on R+D for smartphone platform and bought Playoo to enter Italy. DYOR and take a position before everyone else picks up on it. The technology is SOTA and its a darned good fit as an acquisition so win-win. AIMHO

Interims are imminent - and good news expected - buying looks very opportune and perhaps an indicator of whats to come. Tally ho!

feeding the MM's! If these aren't ISA/SIPP transfers then someone isn't reading the RNS trail upto imminent interims. Decks cleared; all terminals at capacity;big new contract with Monjasa up and running;NAV way above MCap and lots more in pipeline. Bunkering is the way forward and we are in the driving seat - flexible and running SOTA handling, storage and S2S facilities..............am I missing something? Don't think so; just nobody watching this little gem. Interims due very shortly will show the transformation that is taking place in this low risk but now high-tech company. DYOR asap and jump aboard now or as soon as the interims hit the RNS [but you'll have to be quick methinks]. Remember we only have just over 100m shares in issue and we have a very strong uptrend on 20/50/200 mdas.

Interims were usually at end September, but were brought forward last year and I can see the same thing happening this year. We are expecting more good news and the sooner we get it out the better. As stated in previous RNS's we are working at capacity in Rotterdam, Denmark and Kaliningrad and forward contracts are piling in. We have big tie-ups imminent for Dan Balt allowing us to 'horizon scan' earnings for 2014. Plus the ever-so-juicy update on the Rosbunker situation [RNS indicated resolution before April 2014] which could release £2.5m per annum or a cash lump sum of £22m! - and our current MCap?? - yep £23m. Do yer sums.

Just need to breach 22.4p - then the stage is set. Should come very soon now and then we can rise with conviction. Just take a look at the 18 month graph since the 'transformation'of PAN began - like a set of stairs - 'Stairway to Heaven?' Looking better than at any time since original flotation in 2006.

Golden cross now in place with all 3 MDA's rising [20/50/200] - set for rerating - just need the volume to kick in. The expected interim RNS [Sept] or any other news will give additional inertia. Rosbunker would be like hitting the Nitro button. Excellent time for RNS IMHO as ALL fundamental drivers for sustained growth now in place for first time.
