Figures better than expected which is good news. POO just bubbling about. So that’s EIA out of the way. Next is results! Hopefully some positives and everything in line with expectations. Then OPEC+ deal to kick us back to 100p+

Sounds like an good time to buy tomorrow if EIA in line with API, results as expected and then OPEC+ cut (surely they have to do). If all come good then expect a good rise in the SP. what did the SP do on the last results? I am sure it jumped 10%. Tempted to buy in on any weakness tomorrow. Was 74 the bottom?

So what happens here with the sp then?
Deal with AA voted through then we jump 40% straight to 5.5?
Deal rejected then crash down to 2.9? Or lower?
Where does it go after that? What is plan B? My understanding is QIA only pulled out of making an offer as AA beat them to it.
If plan B is to get a better deal then surely any reaction to bad news tomorrow could provide an excellent top up point. I guess the board who are closest see no other viable option hence back the takeover offer. Seems a 50:50 gamble here so staying out for now

One thing I have noticed is to never invest in shares that deos and dogger ‘have’. They are either the worst investors in the world or very cunning shorters. In fact they could be the same person

Mr Big there isn’t a special dividend of any sort. The funds being discussed are to start the mining project in Ethiopia. It’ll take 2 years to complete. This is a long term investment. Exciting times for the country and KEFI
