If I recall correctly the last placing was in July 2018 for £500k at 25% premium. Even the issue of shares in lieu of cash was at a premium.

I think that was the purpose of it xerxes esp with the timing of it alongside the conference on climate change. Coal is integral to both the power and petrochemical plant.

It took me a while to understand the arrangements but its quite clear when you read it through that we effectively retain what we had in MCIPP. Overall a smaller percentage of a much larger pie.

The PCP tie up though is of most interest creating sustainable and real demand for power / coal.
