Can’t agree with all that drax. If I’m looking through rise tinted glasses then I’m not sure what you are wearing. Said back in July that the next six months were pivotal and stand by that. 2 months to go to get some of these projects moving. Cash isn’t an issue anymore.

It worries me Matt that you'll be selling your few million on the first rise here. Obviously thats not going to as soon as we'd all like given your views on FC. Why you bought a few million in the first place I've no idea. Having invested in AIM successfully for well over 20 years I would have thought you would have been more careful!

Certainly frustrating as we have often seemed so close.

Let me ask you how many shareholders have made a return on their investment here? Never mind a return how many are break even? Never mind break even how about 50% down? Never mind 50% down they need a 100x return to recoup their individual investment?

Do you think they really care who comes in? I have great faith in the proposed BoD having met some of them. More open , honest and enthusiastic about the companies prospects. Have you met them?

That asides is just about vote for anyone to take over as I have absolutely no confidence or faith in any of the SEVEN directors. Neither do the majority of private shareholders which if I was you would trouble me greatly as if the company wins this vote I have no idea where they will get or secure any support from in the future.

I’m merely pointing out its a bit rich to have a pop at Siberian hamster for doing exactly what the current bod has done.

Its really pathetic that this is the best the current BoD can do is rely on a couple of people to attack the proposed new BoD. Nothing positive, nothing new ... their ignorance and arrogance is shameful.

But its fine for the current BoD to character assasinate the new proposed directors in their shareholder circular?

Its fine to say the proposed BoD doesn't have any diamond expertise and then go and appoint another (7th) board member to redress the imbalance they clearly have themselves?

True it’s going to look really bad if they do and in all likelihood that’s what will happen. You’d like to think the plan was to have the in the bag by now and raise at a higher level hence the delay with agm but we will never know and it will all be forgotten.

Agree on most of that JD that’s why I’ve never liked director buys. After years of wanting the directors to show some faith and buy shares it now looks looks they are just loading at the bottom. The cynic might also say that it was the only way they could get to the £1.5m.
