" Given the RNS announcing the recapitalisation stated at the time that the Board had no plans to allot New Ordinary Shares but has proposed this resolution so that it has the flexibility to do so should it be required, this seems a poor guess. No one is denying or hiding form the fact that working capital - its in the Q&A but you've been predicting a cash raise for 6 months and been wrong .... at some point you will be right but most AIM companies raise in a 12 month period so hardly a great prediction.

Your comments regarding MCIPP as per the Q&A 'being less advanced' - one project is going to be further behind or ahead than the others. I'd prefer to focus on how advanced MCPP is.

I said back in July the next six months would be pivotal. Significant progress needed to be made on several fronts. We are half way there and have the MCPP MLs and seen some positive steps. Next three months needs to see more and concrete binding agreements.

I suggest you find a share with more trades than chat and talk to yourself over there.

So I get the argument that if you feel or think there isn't an imminent placing (one can point to low working capital / re-organisation proposals etc and one can point to the last RNS saying there were no current plans / need) it would be better to let that wash though and then maybe make an entry BUT only if you felt there was some upside and chance of KIBO succeeding with MED / MCPP and Moz. If you think there is a financial / dillution risk AND non of the projects are viable (or have a reasonable chance of success) then why would you hang around and look to invest post any dillution? Thats non-sensical but there again I'm a simpleton.

Yes there are some dark clouds (I'd say greyish) hanging around but there is also a fair wind blowing.

As an when its required I'm sure he'll let the market know and not before.

The caveat is exactly the same as why bother with Benga / Bots when we have MCPP - its called contingency planning / risk management / keeping options open.

As I said before he would be criticised for not addressing the nominal value at the only regular opportunity he has in 12 months to do so. Furthermore, if it wasn't in the AGM resolutions we would be sat here thinking funding was sorted (and if that didn't materialse then what).
