Looking at the history, if mike B was just out for a quick buck,then you would of had bergen shorting the hell out of this by now.. for the 43 million $ flexi funding... No that deal was dropped ;p

I bought in for 3.52p back on the 9th august 2016, and now have an average of 6.84p, its not nice to go from 45% profit on my shares to overal 22% down in 4 weeks.. thats the markets at the moment = no risk no gain or even a chance to better life. isnt that the thing we all have in common trying to make some extra bucks :)

The market sentiment has shifted for oil and gas, what was + $86 dollars for brent is now sub $70.The money is moving out of the oil stocks at the moment, and some more than others...

Eyes on the prize and for most i believe this is the long term reward.. If you cant wait or cant lose money then dont invest at all. and for god sack dont chase the rainbow on share in AIM or you end up with empty pockets that way.

I will sit back and wait for the next 4 weeks and see :) I either have a very good christmas and its a gusher or i take what monies left and get hammered= still a good christmas ,lol

As we can see, Ukraine need to pay debts, and without an IMF deal wont be able to do so.
IMF deal cost = Internal gas costs to the population, can no longer be held bellow the open market prices, And in effect subsidised to government debt.

That means Naftogaz ( state owned) is now no longer subsidising , and can start to earn more money, which is then paid back to the government to help service debt and future investment...

Current thinking for the Prime Minister of Ukraine is 90% of Naftogaz profits are currently to be fed back into the Ukraine budget.

How to grow the budget income from Naftogaz?

Naftogaz cannot afford to rework wells and improve the supply chain all by itself ;p while having 90% of its funds filtered out...( Don't forget the other % that doesn't add-up in books ;p)

Which is why the SV-12 type Well deals are coming in = zero cost to Naftogaz and the government = massive upside in revenue and profits added to the budget.

How do we speed up this cycle, by reducing the sub soil tax rates to help drive internal investment from external third parties ;p

For Regal that means a lot more SV well deals, could be on the way ;p

The IMF deal to start removing restrictions on the domestic supply prices, I presume that the prices Energees recieve in the open market will go up. And So Regal will also earn more from the supply deal less the companies agreement costs

What is not to like,the company positon is growing better every day, Like you said it can only be a sizeable premium price paid to take this gravy train over..
