Not long till year end results announced on the 25 October 2018.
Worst share i have re-invest in, rofl at least it has alot in common with a SHIP
Even with out Iceburgs in the stock market this is still sinking quicker than the titanic :(.
On a plus point waiting to top up for the future dividends ;p
Seems that Arran is key to other things ;p
https://www.ogauthority.co.uk/news-publications/news/2018/arran-field-development-is-a-key-component-of-the-central-graben-area-plan/
More assets up for sale in the north sea ;p
https://www.oilandgaspeople.com/news/17362/marathon-oil-looks-to-exit-north-sea-joining-other-us-rivals/
Madness, didnt expect this to be in the low 40`s...
With the current market, and an interesting piece that Ukraine has cut its imports. As well as planned down time for supplies from Slovakia
https://bobrtimes.com/ukraine-stopped-the-import-of-natural-gas-from-slovakia/120486/
Roll on that cold winter :) that cash pile ;p
The documents that count are the OGA ones ;p not the RNS..
And as seen before with Angus what gets released and what happens are two different things..
Either way its a jack up rig, supplied by ENSCO, Managed by Fraser... And depending on when Petro have finished, and so on and so on...
The link is for Wick documents, Colter is a different matter....
*Note, it was previously assumed that the Paragon Prospector 5 harsh-environment jack-up would be used to
drill the 11/24b-D well. The Prospector 5 rig is now not available to contract and therefore it is proposed that
the well will be drilled using the ENSCO 72 jack-up rig, although this is also subject to contract and availability at
the time the well is due to spud. Any data relating to the Prospector 5 rig has now been removed from this
document and, where possible, replaced with data relating to the ENSCO 72 rig. Additional data on the ENSCO
72 rig can be made available upon request. In addition, where relevant, data provided to SEPA in the CAR Licence
Application Addendum 1 Report (Ref: P1185-04-02-02) has been incorporated in this revision for consistency.
Press releases from Corallian, and other info.... do point to the 72 being used...
https://www.offshoreenergytoday.com/ensco-72-rig-to-drill-colter-appraisal-well-off-uk/
The answer is nope... The ensco 72 is still in the same fixed position ;p
Move out from Norwich at 3 oclock angle ;p you need to register and then add Glomar Allure and Also Highland princess. and ensco 121 to your fleet info ;P. it seems that the ensco72 has no tracker fitted ;p
I previously did post about the documents and stuff on the ensco 72 being used...
The documents are a bit open ended that due to contractual commitments it may not be the 72...
More likely that the ensco 121 will be used for Wick, and is in port in Dundee ( Info would point to this having 2 single well contracts in place).. I im not 100% on this.... until it moves ;p

Just need to keep an eye out, on Fraser Well Management (FWM) who will be managing the drilling of a well ;p
Im sure i saw some where that they would announce which rig would be used 2 months before... last details searching against them shows the following sepa ref.
https://www.sepa.org.uk/media/365888/fraser-well-management-exploration-well-supporting-doc.pdf
https://www.sepa.org.uk/media/365887/fraser-well-management-exploration-well-response.pdf
In the documents, you will find that 2 months notice will be given on the confirmed rig... If anyone can find a sepa document that is newer ;p then we have a heads up on which and when it will be;p
Other wise its a sit and wait :)
Hope this helps.
It just keeps on climbing ;p
The gift that just keeps giving $3.17
Interesting to see shell investing more in Canada to supply 26m tons of LNG exported annually to Asian markets.

@ Gamma, In general you raised a very good compare of the values..
The current RRE production, i think somewhere is stated as 11338 average upto September-ish. (not a million miles away from Faroes 12,402 boepd for H1).
Best check that info out a bit more, market cap is £630m!!
Average H1 2018 production of 12,402 boepd from existing portfolio
On face value with out digging alot deeper, shows this shouldnt be at £75m..
Need to check out the Londonstock exchange RNS for RRE, as seems to be some missing from the RNS section here!!
Well undervalued, and with Oil and gas on a rocket ;p
BBC showing $85.37 for Brent & $3.11 on Gas..
Looking good.
Looks like RRE is to acquire a further 10% interest in the Arran field in the UK central North Sea from Zennor.
Hopefully tomorrow we get a nice RNS confirming that the dyas deal has been finalised.
Any one got any news on the Arran field?
Rockrose purchased the 20.43% from Dana, ( Nice pdf with some detailed info from Dana).
http://www.dana-petroleum.com/media/1770/d41972017-arran-development-environmental-statement.pdf
It now appears that Zennor have pulled out of the project leaving a 40.0002% working interest in Block 23/16b Area A, covering Arran North, and a 66.667% working interest in Block 23/16b Area B, covering Arran South.47.36%
No info released or confirmed into the market, or anything from Rockrose that i can see. ( Zennor link to the Arran field is now dead or removed ).
https://www.zennorpetroleum.com/operation/arran-field/
What are peoples thoughts, could we see a possible increase in stake for RRE?
With the current strength of oil ;p
Not sure if some, have already woken up to the fact that the EBITDA figure of $100m is going to be on the light side.
