End of year free cash balance of £3,873,000 (US$5,225,000) ;P
Dollars converted to sterling, As per the DYOR i did previously.
Well costs per previous RNS

Total payable by the Company is currently estimated at some £1,020,000 to earn a 15% interest in the licence1.
UNITED KINGDOM OFFSHORE LICENCE P1918 ("COLTER" PROSPECT) AND ONSHORE PEDLs 330 & 345 (BARON 5%)

Both Estimated on a dry hole basis ;p
Previous operational cash outflow of £959,000, i kept the same.
And looks like the Farmout efforts for the El Barco prospect in Peru block XXI will be relenquished ( only a guess) Company will forfeit its guarantee bond of US$160,000. = £124,272
Total= £2,663.252 ( £3,873.000 -£2,663.252) = £1,209.748
Right or wrong, that was my workings out.
Just in case im classed as something, that i am not ;p, I hold shares in boil :)
Now were are those Ensco jack up rigs located.
Interesting read Cf,
Seriously showing the u.k`s weakness for imports, as well as proving the price can only go one way ;p
The Gas price paid by the population in the Ukriane is being held down,(At some point the beast will be released).
https://bobrtimes.com/ukraine-has-postponed-the-increase-in-gas-prices-for-the-population/98489/
Looking at the Cost to industry this is moving nicely up

Are we 100% sure it will be the 72?
As Ensco Have this out to Petrofrac till September( Cant find any updates on how they have done).
Then showing as" Plus two 1-well options"
Also we have the ENSCO 121 out to INEOS till Aug( extended this by 14 days) = September now.
Then showing as"Plus two 1-well options".

Depending on the time scales, 121 is closer to wick & 72 is closer to Coulter.
Cant find anywhwere that specifies the 72 is booked against Corallian Energy, the Rns`s just mention jack up drilling unit.
If we monitor both ;p then we get a good idea which direction they move to ;p
Painful day for some, and golden egg for others ;p
More and more a bargain price, with a victor in the back ground "Watching &waiting" roll on those interims and the updates on the sv-12 impact on that cash flow ;p
Highland endurance has been replaced by HIGHLAND PRINCESS & BEN NEVIS showing as stationary.

Be nice for some info on the sv-12 well impact to be released as well ;p
Still believe the interims will be till end of june18, the SV-12 effect will be after this period ;p
Be nice for some news on the VAS-10 well if this is now producing or they are going for the shallower B-16/17 reservoir
Any drop in price, for me seems a better entry point.
Anyone looking to invest in CTAG should always research the RNS section for a good idea of the previous company history.
Hex is bang on here with the comments, As all ways people should DYOR and decide if they invest or not.
I sold all my holding in CTAG long before the suspensions and delisting...
To me Regal have started to turn a corner at pace, looking at the RNS info that we can view ;p
June 2017 = $24.5 Million cash or equivalent
Sept 2017 = $27.0 Million cash or equivalent
Dec 2017 = $14.2 Million cash + $16.0 Million short term investments
Mar 2018 = $20.3 Million cash + $16.0 Million short term investments
June 2018 = $40.0 Million Cash or equivalent
Information released in the July 4th RNS shows the improvements regal have made from 2017 ;p
Average daily production of gas, condensate and LPG from the MEX-GOL and SV fields for the period from 1 April 2018 to 30 June 2018 was 281,599 m3/d of gas, 55.4 m3/d of condensate and 27.5 m3/d of LPG (2,220 boepd in aggregate)(Q2 2017: 136,844 m3/d of gas, 38.0 m3/d of condensate and 20.4 m3/d of LPG (1,179 boepd in aggregate)).
We have a new 24.4% shareholder returning for a second visit & something has tempted that second bite of the cherry for Victor Pinchuk.
Could it be the SV-12 work over well, which we have now earned an equal net profit sharing arrangement for( Worth a shared 125m3/d of gas,40 tonnes/d of condensate).
Likely that we wont know the full impact of the SV-12 well in the Interim results. Should be a pretty hefty kick up in figures when we do.
worth alot more on the way ;p
Interim results on the way, should hopefully give this the push over that line. Prove out the cash generation :D
Why would Anyone want to sell this at the moment ;p
Cash generation getting better and better, limited shares in open hands ;p the games to hold the price back...
And a possible repeat of 2011 on the way.
Slowly, slowly going one way, and dont forget winter on the way. so those gas sales will be going up even more ;p
http://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/markets/article-6074347/Battle-oligarchs-Ukrainian-closing-bid-UK-oil-gas-firm-Regal-Petroleum.html
Just need that RNS to drop ;p
Does seem a strange RNS, when we are waiting for the Final results and such.
Then You could look at it as the warrants being issues at 5p show the owners expect them to be worth alot more.
Taking the 2.5 pence and controlling stake comment still = 34 mill + new shares to be issued = around £875k in the bank from Vin .
Vin = with the 500k loan a large investment of 1.25 million in IMTK.
Results will be the kicker, up or down, lol
Do not every use a credit card for this, find a happy is right.... it goes south your paying for this after the event.
Never use money that you cant afford to lose, shares are a gamble.
But to reduce the gamble we all do research and such and invest what we think is the right amount.
In relation to RPT, this is generating cash, and is improving every day. The 54% and 24% owners tell you something about the money, they have invested into RPT.
Under the control of businessman Victor Pinchuk, Kelda Limited (Hong Kong), through a subsidiary of Kylestone Limited (British Virgin Islands), bought a 24.432% stake in Regal Petroleum (UK)
Previously, Kelda Limited did not own the shares of Regal Petroleum.
A Regal controlling stake of 54% is owned by Energees Management, part of Vadim Novinsky's Smart Holding.
Looks like the smart money is anyone holding.
You would be mad to sell out before news. good luck all.
Such low volumes of shares being sold and bought ;p
Window of buying at this price is getting smaller.
Results due this week, which should start to show some improvements. New nomad on the way ( conflict of interest)
And Vin finally confirming how many shares and at what price( maybe 30 million shares = 5p = 1.5mill in the coughers)
Dont forget that we will need Shareholder approval.
Interesting to see what happens over thre coming weeks.
