Sale of Investment Tax Credits ("ITCs") for a consideration of c.£18-19[1] million of gross proceeds. with the transaction expected to close by the end of June 2025, with the cash received as a single upfront payment shortly thereafter. The sale of the Big Rock ITCs continues to progress well, and the Company will provide a further update in the near term.

At the moment it looks like GSF will not receive the funds from sale of Dog fish, or the RA payments until after June + Big rock they are still progressing.

Still for me is looking tight for news in June for the £0.04, fingers crossed for news next week.

The RA payment is worded as summer 2025, and isn't specific as a one off payment or staged payments, going to be very close on the Divi being £0.04.

Energization, still leaves safety compliance, final inspections , system performance testing which the Bid optimization would be part of. Lets not forget the main transmission grid may need upscaling / reinforcement, which means a balanced introduction controlled by CAISO. A lot more involved behind the scenes here, than a simple flick of a switch.

212 have now admitted they processed it as a share consolidation , when it should have been a partial share consolidation. The old claim of funds awaiting from AA4, and given them time to sort out the distributions to eligible shareholders.

At least it looks like a correction is on the way ;p

It would appear that 212, have incorrectly processed the Return of Capital by a Partial Compulsory Redemption of Shares. They have inflated the share price, and then carried out a split at the inflated share price with the resulting value being the same.

Using the App, the give you a nice link to stock splits and tell you the value of the holding is the same at the split time.

AJ bell at the moment are the only company to pay on time with no issues, while HL will sit on the funds until next week to skelp a little interest ;p ( Always slow).

The terms on AA4 are Half life $17m or $25m for minimum life.

Normally they have to give notice more than 12 months of the return condition, which then opens up the discussion for agreement of sale price.

This is inline with DNA,DNA2,DNA3 areas where planes have been bought rather than released.

It looks like Emirates have opened the doors early to discuss a purchase price, which tends to point to the $35m area. Could be very quick for a similar result as DNA2.

Looking at the tracking could A6-EEY be entering the refit process, as it seems the last flight was December 3rd from DBX - Spain.

Taken with the boeing issues for 777 planes, I think the (AA4) A380`s are looking good for sale in the coming years.

Next news will be the DNA3 planes around this time next year, before AA4 in 2026.

The recent news that Emirates intends to upgrade all its A380 aircraft which do not currently have Premium Economy seats should be supportive of values.

We should hopefully hear (Not here)... purchase news any day now for the October expiring, and lets be fair the November is likely to drop as well at the same time.

The next catalyst for AA4 is the DNA2 position with planes and emirates lease expiring, A6-EDX (01.10.2024),A6-EDY (01.10.2024),A6-EDZ (12.10.2024), followed by A6-EEB (09.11.2024),A6-EEC (30.11.2024) .

We should hopefully here purchase news any day now for the October expiring, and lets be fair the November is likely to drop as well at the same time.
