Not sure what its worth but our Canadian listing has perked up today and noticed it is getting a bit more buying activity these days. Maybe news is spreading that Condor could be weeks from reaching a deal and if we do a very sizeable return to those lucky to join at this time and not have endured the years of waiting. Timing is everything and i am still working on that!

Countdown is on and possibly signed before December so we can move on to extract £1.5bn of cash to return to shareholders over life of mine and once we exit Saudi £50m+ cash injection. And we are still £30m market cap lol

My timeline is relatively long-term but all updates supports a very strong 2025. Northfork is all ready for switching on and we have a 25%+ stake that is valued at 0 today until we come out of chapter 11. We have Hawaii snd France chomping at the bit and decent project sizes. Hopefully one comes in this year. Plenty of projects moving along. £3m market cap will get uprated to £30m and especially when PHE is closing in on £60m and we are a long way ahead of them on most metrics, except our management were truly terrible diluting us but i sense we havec reached axl possible end if we close deals and get cashflow positive, which must be getting closer.

Indeed possibly fortuitous timing. If deal is now waiting on signatures this could be worth 50p+. Everything feels like it is going ahead from every snippet we have been given. If deal delayed pretty much tread water but just feels we are at the end of the journey.

I have said before JMs exercise of warrants has partly helped depress the shareprice and keep it grounded as he was cashing in at 15p. He can still cash them all in at the sale anyway but the loan is the right approach and everything is pointing to a sale as they would not announce that unless they had a buyer who told them to flog it. I suspect it is just wet signatures and sitting with lawyers. Could be a matter of weeks. Easy 2-3x if correct. If not we are still massively undervalued as barely 10% of NPV at lower gold price. crazy. At the end of the day a dollar is a dollar whether your in Texas or Nicaragua. If we do get $150-$200m its barely 25% NPV at lower gold but i would take it and move on as 2 years is a long time.

Eqtec had written off so £200k cash is all good. We can cash in another £200k of remaining warrants another time. Personally think MNRG and their Uranium mine might take off but understand business is not a trader and its non core. DP has now got to close a deal to get us moving into profitability. Things could snowball thereafter. With PHE riding high we should be worth considerably more and might well be once we get back on track. Saudi assets will get snapped up between £50-£100m as Artar are strategic partners in Saudi and have incredible assets. Shame we will not stay but UK investors just not seeing the value, albeit Harry not helped at all. I am happy with targeted £1.5bn cash over 10 years that will mean many can retire off the back of Kefi over next 10 years and who is going to mind £50m special dividend if it comes our way :)

If someone was able to get in today and 4X in less than a month that would be trade of the decade. I would like to see closure and pretty much everything is in place. Price will start to build in anticipation, probably back to 30s over coming weeks as just seems too specific to know mine is not needed. We could actually get an RNS a lot sooner it sounds top level agreement is done and now just formal signing but Condor are making it known they are selling Sag mill as it will be on some website and needed to be transparent. They probably have a buyer for it also so could be $6m incoming as bonus on top of mine sale etc.

Nice to see we are triggering some of our warrants in MNRG. Now over 7% but we have another 50m i think and possibly more so we bring our stake back to over 10%, which is worth over £600k but many think MNRG will 10x so could be worth a lot more. Key is at some point we have some cash options, although i atill think a big deal is about to land.

TK is massive. It wil deliver $1.5bn of cash for shareholders over 10 years. Saudi could be worth $50m at market values for 15%. If deal is concluded soon that would be cash for Kefi. If market rated Kefi we would not dilute but Harry has been too slow and brought this issue to a head. Personally TK is very valuable and Saudi is now a nice cash bonus.

The board have very few times in the year to buy shares in the open market. Generally right after interims so all information is in the market. They have bought in the past but only modest. It is also a little distasteful to recent investors who bought in at 1p to but at .8. Current price is a bargain if any of the expected news is realised. Northfork is a guaranteed decent news that could come eoy or early 2025. Any news stating new revenue is really what they need to post to rebuild confidence we might get away from death spiral of placings.

We should remind ourselves that we have $100m of sweat equity about to be turned into a sweet 80% stake in TK. On the day this is all signed that $100m+ goes straight on the balance sheet. Its one of the biggest value creation events i have come across as normally to get this deal otl you are diluted into kingdom come. In this case its a massive brucie bonus for shareholders. A reminder we are sub £3m market cap company, £3m in the bank from recent Logik and placing. We have £20m net assets and currently around £2m service revenues known and is just the tip of what is coming. We are awating news on financial closure 2-3 projects in France and Hawaii that would each create a big revenue boost and a profit in 2025. We have around 10 projects on the horizon with decisions on some of these due. France has 3, Hawaii has 3, North America we have 3. We have projects in Greece and Croatia and not forgetting Italy. We have Northfork due online eoy that will mean we get back out $5m on our balance sheet. We have unique proven tech. While DP has done is no favours and looked after himself and close associates there is a huge value gap that as more news gets released will be closed. £30m is our fair market value once we look we are covering our cost base. That 1p door could close any day as Harry has already said he had a queue of investors when we had a lot more to raise because Kefi offers companies in Ethiopia a way to repatriate cash abroad, that is not possible today. £30m is considerably less so now just a signing ceremony away and seems Very plausible to be wrapped up in next 4-6 weeks max. We have had the 2 site visits in October, a non binding offer well in excess of market cap and we are led to believe a deal is coming prior to Christmas so the best chance we have is to secure a binding deal between now and the middle of December. If a deal is going to happen they would want to announce this prior to Christmas and try to get this tied up in November. 2 years is more than enough time to deliver a great outcome for all investors. It is very quiet but that might be a good thing. Deal could land at any moment.

I just think plenty of alternatives to a placing right before financial closure in possibly 6 weeks when theoretically Kefi will be able to put in a big invoice for services and many other things beside. We only include sweat equity up to 2023 so theoretically a lot owed. Anyway as long as we close in 6 weeks we are fine and we have run on fumes far worse than today so this is nothing in comparison.

Looking at the small print in yesterdays RNS I noticed Energy costs for TK is 2 cents per KWH. This is incredibly low compared to 20 cents+ on average elsewhere. This helps explains that the cashflow to Kefi investors over 10 years just for TK is now $1.5bn. When you imagine the market cap of Kefi today is £30m means anyone investing today, subject to 10 years of production at $2600 an ounze can expect to get back 50x in cash terms on their current investment just from dividends. of course i dont expect all of that to be paid in dividends but the numbers are big. Therefore for every £1k invested you might expect to receive up to £50k. Not many rates projects with this type of return like that around. Of course there is still risk and we have not yet got cash in the bank and a producing gold mine bur the prize is big. This does not even account for Saudi. Looking at just how big TK is i do wonder if our 25% in Saudi might get sold off to a biger playe for maybe $50m-$100m cash. That would be a pay day for Kefi investors. Obviously happy if we do not as it worth a lot more but just saying as TK seems very close now. As to a placing anytime soon i believe it will happen after the finance is signed. Kefi has access to 2 massive banks about to lend $220m so what bank would not offer a $2-$4m loan for 12 months. We have many lines of bank finance credit and bank fees in shares could be worth small fortune. I think a placing at this exact time is problematic for the ERN component of the deal and just not a good time. i am sure suppliers and board will be happy to take paper instead of cash given a likely big wondfall on signing the deal and that the board cannot buy shares at the moment as they will be in a lockin period. exciting times!
