We will start with £100-£120m from Candy, which is 70% premium to current share price and Calibre will come in last minute. They always planned to buy imho.

Calibre are canny operators and they are hardly going to leave billions on the table over a tiny £120m. Sure they want to play it down but all they said is no “active” offer which we already knew. They could make an active offer anyday!

Candy bros Metal are up 40% beating Condor miserable 39%. Goes to show what an absolute bargain Condor are. Only benefit is they can now offer more cash and shares. I am thinking Candy will go with £120m cash and shares as their share price is up 40%. Could be more if Candy shares rise further today. Calibre will want some of that share price growth so if they table an offer they might see a 10% rise in their share price and more than cost to buy Condor as for them this is the easiest billion bonus they will ever make.

We know the £90m was not up to par. Candy also know it. They will table £100-£120m this week. Calibre can beat anyone. They have so much cash they dont know where to put it and this has always been a no brainer. Will Calibre table £150m takeout? That is what i am expecting in candys raise to £120m. Still a nice 100% from today low share price, given the news but it is early days.

This will be 40p+ eod as Calibre are about go threw a punch or two. Going to be real battle on our hands!

Today we are just 50% of the lowest bid from Candy brothers and we know Calibre are going to drop something better. While both bidders are getting a bargain as we will generate billions of free cashflow over 8 years i would like to see the final bidding war taking us towards £150m. On the left we have Calibre and on thr right we have Candy brothers. Weighing in at £90m starting we have Candy boys. Calibre is likely to weigh in closer to £120m+. Let the battle commence, Anything under 40p end of day is a bargain and i suspect we might edge towards 50p or higher if bidding gets ugly. Gla. Yhis is going to be a nice match!

This peace deal is huge. Massive relief and massive re-rate will commence in earnest as this has been hanging over Kefi for years so all risk reports will drop to a solid green. Gla

£90m was already in the bag. Thats at least double todays share price. Key now is bidding war so £120m+ seems most likely. Obviously this is still a bargain for the acquirer and a dissapointment to many lths but this has always been about the first bidder going to binding before other bidders show their cards. I hope we get 60p+ and even that is a bargain given the free cashflow off La India is billions over 8 years so its chickenfeed for the payback. Candy needs to open with a £100m cash offer tomorrow and see what Calibre and others will go to. For Calibre this is back of the sofa cash so it would be madness for Calibre to not offer cash and share deal at much higher value. Gla

Looks like a lot of people will be waking up early to try and get in under 40p on open. We know £90m is old news so £100m+ is almost guaranteed now. Personally would like to see £120m-150m from Calibre in cash and shares. Could be all over very soon. When Jim said deal before Christmas he meant it :)

Minimum takeover value is £100m so double current share price takes us to 46p. I suspect Calibre will smash that without breaking a sweat and our bidding war will probably be 60p+. This should easily rise to 40p tomorrow or more if we get a binding offer tonight as i am sure Calibre are poised and even one of the other 5 non binders might make a binding offer now £100m is the floor price. Gla on snapping any up in the morning.

Key here is we have a bidding war and probably why the delay in getting a binding deal. What is obvious from RNS is non binders are raising prices and Jim is saying best and final please. This could be a hell of lot more than everyone first thought. Calibre has hige fire power so can bring out the bazooka!!

Looks like the cat is out of the bag finally. If takeout price is 60p i suspect might open in the 30s tomorrow. Easy 100% profit for those quick enough to get in tomorow morning. Fingers on buzzers :)

I do expect a halt in trading. I am sure plan of JM is to instigate a bidding war as we know 5+ companies are interested. Once we get one decent binding offer the rest can mull it over. Calibre i am sure end up doing an all paper deal, if they are not main bidders anyway.

Bear in mind lse only covers a small proportion of all trades completed but next week fingers crossed for 60p all in deal!

Decent buying going on in the background. Seller must be low now but if you look back last 5 years after a placing we always have big seller in the mix and then one day normality resumes and we rocket north. Hoping next weeks kicks off the christmas season in style!

.7 on the nose. Be good to see this in the rearview mirror very soon. Still amazed we are not over 2p but i have suspicions someone has been selling and holding the price. Probably someone who needs working capital or maybe leftovers from last placing trying to exit at cost. Once the stock is sold this will quickly leap towards 2p in readiness for news.

Buying frenzy just in case of news monday. We have to be close as can only be legal tooing and froing now. Maybe next week we get our sale.

Once we complete i see minimum 10x over next 12 months as cashflow forecast is £1.5bn over 10 years from mine. If we sell off Saudi for $70m as it looks likely we have more cash than we will know what to do with so maybe a .6p special dividend to return £30m. Once we get listed on ESX locals will pile into Kefi like nobodies business and we could do 10x a lot lot faster. Any early indication when we might list and locals will pile into UK market. Exciting times to be a kefi holder!

Everything is on track. No RNS to say anything but completion this year so some news needs to start dropping pdq and next week is a good time to start the newsflow!
