I just think plenty of alternatives to a placing right before financial closure in possibly 6 weeks when theoretically Kefi will be able to put in a big invoice for services and many other things beside. We only include sweat equity up to 2023 so theoretically a lot owed. Anyway as long as we close in 6 weeks we are fine and we have run on fumes far worse than today so this is nothing in comparison.

Looking at the small print in yesterdays RNS I noticed Energy costs for TK is 2 cents per KWH. This is incredibly low compared to 20 cents+ on average elsewhere. This helps explains that the cashflow to Kefi investors over 10 years just for TK is now $1.5bn. When you imagine the market cap of Kefi today is £30m means anyone investing today, subject to 10 years of production at $2600 an ounze can expect to get back 50x in cash terms on their current investment just from dividends. of course i dont expect all of that to be paid in dividends but the numbers are big. Therefore for every £1k invested you might expect to receive up to £50k. Not many rates projects with this type of return like that around. Of course there is still risk and we have not yet got cash in the bank and a producing gold mine bur the prize is big. This does not even account for Saudi. Looking at just how big TK is i do wonder if our 25% in Saudi might get sold off to a biger playe for maybe $50m-$100m cash. That would be a pay day for Kefi investors. Obviously happy if we do not as it worth a lot more but just saying as TK seems very close now. As to a placing anytime soon i believe it will happen after the finance is signed. Kefi has access to 2 massive banks about to lend $220m so what bank would not offer a $2-$4m loan for 12 months. We have many lines of bank finance credit and bank fees in shares could be worth small fortune. I think a placing at this exact time is problematic for the ERN component of the deal and just not a good time. i am sure suppliers and board will be happy to take paper instead of cash given a likely big wondfall on signing the deal and that the board cannot buy shares at the moment as they will be in a lockin period. exciting times!

Projects sadly do not happen overnight but the recent RNS made clear that Simonpietri were very impressed by all projects they saw and so much so we have at least 3 projects moving forward and we are in line for millions in fees, that no one was even aware of 6 months ago. Who knows what other territories and projects could come out of nowhere. France is huge with multiple sites and one valuaed at £40m so a little due diligence required but we are told they are just waiting on government green lighting the planning and IDEX have vast spending power so even a £40m project is nothing in their books so it will not be money slowing it down. The underlying technology is ahead of the market by a mile but certainly the gung ho attitude of DP back in 2021 was a recipe for a mess when things came off the boil. A steadier hand should have missed the death spiral of placings that has been constantly destroying shareholder value for 3 years. All we can hope now is the board can pursue focus on revenue generation, which appears to be building nicely. Every project that starts down the path is cash for Eqtec so even if one projects does not go ahead at least we have made good profits on all the work leading up to the decision. I am expecting several more RNS this month that i hope could turn the tide in sentiment and France and Northfork and confirmation of further Hawaii fees should be incoming. At some poin the mismatch in the £3m market cap compared to the value of Eqtec in 2025, especially if we are on target for a profit will be very big indeed.

We had £85k purchases today that must have soaked up a good amount of the overhang and move from the hands of day traders to long term holders. The more that continues the better as we can then start to build properly. Traders can all try to buy back later as the door narrows and fomo kicks in.

Smart money buying upvremaining overhang and once more research notes come out and news spreads we should start to move into a decent stride. Deal is on and do we think we woll be worth £30m once we land $320m and our 80% stake in the largest gold mine in ethiopia. Somehow i think we might be considerably beyond our current position. Gla

The focus now is delivery and we have increasing revenues, reducing costs and with news on Northfork and France due soon as well as any number of projects moving along there is an increasing chance we will make a profit in 2025 and the re-rate should start sooner than later. With a sizeable cash balance We are in the best place we have ever been on all measures but we are 1/100ths of out all time high. something tells me canny investors will ultimately spot the opportunity. Even £30m from our current £3m would not turn heads. With Northfork returned to our assets once out of Chapter 11 we will have close to £30m of net assets alone and DP has options to cash in £700k shareholding as we technically hold 14% and we have land holdings and multiple plants that could be sold. Secured lending off the back of Northfork should also be possible.

Everything is lining up and 1p will be in the rearview mirror. We raised £5m in March, Harry has his bonus if he can achieve key share price targets so all moons aligned. With everything on track banks will be dropping short term debt at his feet as they know Kefi will award those closest in the leadup to financial closure. Hell if i had the cash i would loan him the money. gla

Major step forward with both banks officially signing off debt and canny old Harry is increasing the debt component giving bigger wiggle room further down the line. Very happy with the serious progress made and still al going to happen this quarter, so could be done this month. Everything is now in place and i am envious of those on the sidelines who can see this is now almost a done deal and a medium term huge re-rate in the market cap of Kefi. Gla

Gotta say markets really are not functioning on Aim and while DP has lot to answer for we cant discount real cash in the bank. we just confirmed €380k for a few months work, mostly IP and services so its practically all profit. €1m seems likely given the advannced nature of the collaboration agreement and Plenty more besides, i think we are so low in terms of our market cap £3m we have fallen into the cracks and DP who got us into this disastrous state needs to deliver a way out. We almost have £3m in cash. Northfork and France would be a great start but both of these would secure a profit in 2025.

While we may rise 10% this is a pitiful 250K in market cap terms. We need to expect to see jumps of £1m on a regular basis as the market cap has no bearing on the underlying business. Those comments are worth a lot as it confirms everything we hoped that tech works and better still Simonpietri are investing millions. We have 3 projects ongoing and each worth many millions to Eqtec. If France delivers soon we have a profitable 2025 guaranteed but even without things are looking very exciting with Northfork due eoy and we can move out of chapter 11 and get our 25% back on the books.

The penny is about drop, literally. Surprised more investors have not piled in on back of likely impending news. Has been so many false dawns so i understand but once bank is signed that 80% of the funding and definitives agreeements signed we are going to re-rate 10 fold over next 12 months. I might even remove the greenbox to manu to comfirm we have the money in the bank as that should also be an official RNS!

And the craziest part we are worth £3m market cap today, Even £30m would not seem out of place. This is a huge confirmation that Simonpietri are going all in on Eqtec technology and so many projects in the pipeline which is what really matters.

Now we have all the proven tech we can see the outcomes. This could be the start of a lot of projecte with Simonpietri who seem to have good form closing deals. And we have so many projects on the go. Lets hope News starts dropping more regularly.

Great to see €380k bagged for Kapolei, Hawaii (a new one) and €1m for a RNG facility for 5 months work plus another BIG project for a 20k tonnes a day project. Looks like workload is exploding at Eqtec and this is just one collaboration and it looks like Simonpietri have a lot more projects in the pipeline. Very exciting times for Eqtec as this is cash in the bank!

Mako are definately in the mix. Their paper has risen substantially so cant rule out a paper deal but they are perhaps more likely a csndidate for a JV as they have cashflow but we had 2 more site visits, JM indicated a deal confidently before christmas so lets hope next few weeks lead to a binding offer. They need to get 1 binding deal as that will Flush out those on the fence. I would expect Calibre to strike at some point as its a free money tree for them and secures Nic business that is still underperforming, what it could be doing, if they finalised a deal. Must have left £100ms to go to waste.

Definitely feels a lot more confidence moving in as obviously if anything was wrong we would have had an RNS by now so all systems go and now a waiting game. TW is in more contact with Harry so if second bank working overtime to get sign off then it can be only a matter of time, hopefully days. If we get back go 2.4p i will be happy to get back to new highs. Might take a little time but Saudi news must be also weeks away, if that so a perfect storm will be half a dozen RNs over next month! gla

Harry has more than once over last 4 years released news a few days after month end of big news. Been here from days of .6 up to 2.4 and back down to .6 so seen a lot of how Harry behaves and all twists and turns. While rose Tinted glasses spring to mind, one thing that is true is the direction of travel. It has always been towards financial closure with government as shareholder along with major banks signing off debt i would not like to bet against this happening. Its pretty inevitable and so too is the market cap move from £30m to £300m almost inevitable. Congrats to those recently invested and lth should see a return if they continued to average down along the way but even those at 2.4p will see a positive return once we churn and build a real institutional share base. The day we announce listing on Ethiopia the buzz will be huge. Day we list on Saudi all bets off as anything is possible as Artan are a massive entity on Saudi. So many options. Gla

Shareprice is warming nicely today. If we get the 2nd bank signoff next week, as seems possible given the close connection between TW and Harry, then the brakes are off. We have impending Saudi news that will transform Kefi. TK is the starter as Saudi is the main course but because Saudi relies on TK we have attributed no value to this asset. With a likely listing in Ethiopia and possibly one in Saudi we could have a perfect storm. Once investors in Kefi are signed up we can expect a raise considerably ahead of the current price. If things go to plan even a £150m market cap will be very frugal. Could be 3p by christmas or a lot more. There is no news to state otherwise. gla

Lets hope those 2 site visits end of October went to plan and they are now all having a cuban cigar and finalising a deal. November feels like the best month to get this OTL.

If anyone is out of kefi waiting or shorting Kefi i worry their pain if and when news of second bank drops!
