Have to remember that 95% of investors in EVE are sitting on losses. The IP in March 2017 valued Eve at £140m and share price IPO was £1.01. They raised £35m and raised further money and blew the lot on creating a strong brand and product. Therefore many investors are sitting on massive losses and many perhaps at the small rise are willing to cut their losses. I see this often with companies like this where it is harder to go uphill than down but every climb is a new support level as we flush at those sellers willing to exit for whatever reason. Today we have a £5m company and for the first time in its life profitable going forward and we have the massive advantage of having used £50m at least carving out the brand and the products. If you wanted to compete with Eve you simply would not. The Bed in a Box is done and we have 3-4 main suppliers. This will go to 2 probably in the next 12 months as traditional mattress companies buy these companies that want a more fashionable brand in their stables. The penny is slowly dropping and there is every chance we will be sailing towards 5p this year, especially if we get stronger forward guidance. I think Cheryl is keen to own this turnaround so popping that robustly into the next will give her more credibility that she did not just walk into the job just at the right time. Every holder today will double before the year is out as that is the absolute minimum to get reach the cash balance and give us a 0 market cap valuation. Today we still languish at -£4m market cap once cash is taken out so still in silly season but there are unique set of circumstances given the vast majority of investors are sitting on massive losses they will never recover and more a case of whether to put this in the bottom drawer to forget about, sell now and move on and the best option of all to invest more, bring your average down and look to make a profit. If anyone can bring their average down to 5p they would probably be looking very happy with themselves this christmas once we get the big profit, the takeover approach or the merger. One of these will happen in the next 6-12 months.

Certainly L2 is showing gap up territory to .5 and then .52 pretty quickly. Could see a burst before the close as this will rise tomorrow once the news gets filters.

The sooner we can shakes off the deadwood from the rights issue flippers making 1p a share flips the better. This news adds with a high degree of certainty up to £10m in sales in the coming year and validates the strength of the order book and the management team success to convert the order pipeline into sales. Looking forward to seeing more of these to take Eqtec into the major league.

Looks to be a nice £10m order close to being in the bag. Very tasty for a thursday afternoon. We can now see how that order book is unfolding into massive gains.

How about trading update due before end of month to kickstart news. This came from investor relations. Could be any day but i suspect early next week.

Eve Sleep are making a name for themselves with the Hybrid mattress and they are selling strongly as this is exactly what a lot of people want and willing to pay top price for. This is where the profit is being driven from and although i do not have margin i am sure it is very healthy and i am thinking profits for full year with exceed expectations again. We should see the back of 2.5p soon and onwards after some good press in Cityam and a few others. Have not checked Times today.

Maybe showing how long i have been on LSE but once upon a time i could filter messages over 5 recommends. Where did that go as sometimes its painful to wade through waffle. LSE apart from that has never changed.

Cycling down down my road today and spotted 2 Eve mattress boxes for rubbish collection. Thats a good indicator. Cracking video and plenty of room for share price growth over coming period as news gets around that Eve are now a profitable proposition and company has a negative valuation once cash removed. we have pushed 2.4 twice today so 3rd time lucky and then we will push onwards.

Back a while ago he did a video Q&A where he was asked dozens of pretty robust questions. He answered all of them and peppered with commentary including his “10 bagger and double again for Hawiah” but that video got taken down and we got instead on the website a edited and redacted version. That was when he said the money was good through to drawdown of finance. However Hawiah might move fast and the question will be if Kefi let the King keep pumping in cash and Kefi takes smaller cut or if they invest. I think maiden Jorc in August could fine kefi at double todays price and with TK confirmed then it will all depend really. Also depends how pushy the King will be go get things moving but money is not a problem. Kefi is in a very very strong position for Hawiah.

We are so undervalued its almost painful but some news update should quickly get us back into the 60s as whatever was holding us back from the £10m raise looks to have passed and realistically we should be well on towards £1 but happy to create new support around 60p and wait for news updates (land purchases / mine decision / toll mining ) and i am sure other news would not go amiss before August ideally :)

Introduction of masks is end of retail shopping. Eve will make stellar gains over next 6 months and i think many traditional retailers will be sizing them up. We have some deadwood to clear out but we seem to be pushing upwards slowly. Hopefully wider press will pickup and more institutions might take a closer look as they must also see the potential. Anyway back to negative £4m market valuation so we are still in silly season with over £9m cash and climbing at a rate of knots. Question now is what sort of maiden profit we can expect as if last 6 months is their worst period and they smashed it i wonder how the good six months will go. Could be a very decent profit.

Harry did the last raise with Rab Capital until we land the finance. Remember that the finance unlocks a lot of cash. If TK finance is not done by October we need more money but Harry will know that once TK finance is sorted we will be 4p+ or a lot more and then it makes sense to look at a raise. Harry is heads down working hard and will have 0 time for organising a raise. Thats my opinion anyway but its also what Harry has said in regards to having cash until October and TK finance unlocks millions.

Remember quarterly operation report due this month so could be due any day but probably early next week. This was straight from the investor relations mouth so could be further positive updates to support momentum.

Was watching Level2 and noticed a whole load of dubious looking Spreadbetting platform activity getting in front of the normal MMs so they could buy and sell to themselves and move the share price around. The price monitoring RNS was triggered and few minutes later all just got taken down to leave traditional MMs. Share price moving up again. My expectation is that spreadbetting platforms, like Spreadex, often take the counterparty risk and then try and reduce their losses by manipulating the share price and taking the margin on the spread but hopefully they are moved out of the way and we can continue the move up to 2.5p and beyond today. There is a reason 82% of people on spreadbetting platforms lose money as you are betting against the bank and they know how to shake the tree and trigger your close out positions.

Eve should get wider coverage and possibly in the broadsheets as it is a well known business on the turn and effectively been positively impacted by Covid. Therefore new investors will move in and replace the deadwood and create a new support level. The fundamentals are very positive now that it is confirmed that we are profitable and increasingly so and there is no reason we should not move towards 5p-10p in the coming time period, which is where Woodford dumped his 31% and artificially tanked the share price. We cant stay valued at less £6m when cash balance is £9m and growing for long. Companies will circle and that Simba merger seems more more logical. Too many positives to list.

Now pushing through 2.4p ASK and still we are only valued at £6m, less than the £9m of cash balance and we are now profitable with biggest 2nd half of the year to go. Something tells me we are heading towards 3p as MMs have limited stock and in fairness we are still valued negative £3m so we at least need to reach the cash balance valuation of £9m to make the value of the business 0. Onwards to 3p.

ASK now up to 2.25p and looking strong to get clear of that towards 2.5p and beyond. Hopefully There is only one direction Eve will go over the next 6 months on the back of todays outstanding results.

With numbers like this today the brakes are off and we a hurtling to a remarkable turnaround. Certainly this changes everything and investors can look confidently at the future and certainly the 5-10p target is now fair value and should build quickly to that value. Enjoy the ride.
