Maiden resource was supposed to be released July but the lab had a Covid outbreak. I have a feeling the lab are working hard now as they are behind plan so i have a feeling first half of August is doable. Countdown commencing and should see the back of 2p on or before that day imo and should see 3p but market is still not quite focusing on Hawiah as perhaps it should as its probably bigger and only maybe 17-24 months behind TK.

If correct he is orthopedic doctor so back doctor he is then. Could be more than just a passing interest. Maybe that hybrid mattress has greater benefits.

Maybe a sleep or back doctor if correct but if you have cash to spare you cant really go wrong when there is more cash in the bank than the company is worth and your making a profit. still at a silly season market valuation and others will be doing the same thing. Lets hope he continues to raise stake.

Looks we are back to silly season on the spread. 1.88 looks very much in our grasp looking at l2.
If we hit $2k gold news will go global and that should trigger more buying.

Just got around to watch the webinar and recommend every shareholder and potential investor to watch as it brings ypu fully up to date from the horses mouth. commentary was clear and Harry’s relaxed and confident. In the last Q&A it was pretty defensive. Did anyone see the wry smile at 34 minutes stating no reliance on ANS :) On the surface many might still see Kefi as high risk but when you boil it down this is far lower risk that you think now and the newsflow is really getting close, to the point i suspect 5p+ towards the latter part if this year with Hawiah resource secured and TK finance in place is now a base case. Both of those happening is very strong given we are now largely in the process phase of both. If Hawiah was in a separate SPV it would be worth probably £30m+ just on its own but its overshadowed by TK. These Webinars are fantastic really for shareholders as i do not come across many companies who are this open. I will certainly be shuffling my portfolio to see if i cant top up more here as i really now feel more confident than ever that 5p end of year seems very achievable and up to first pour rising to 15p on the back of Hawiah taking shape. I could also see it a lot higher but dont want to over egg but if you look at a 2-3 year horizon 10 bags from today is not out of the question even with a little dilution later quarter of this year but it simply will not happen without TK finance done and dusted. I suspect that day will be worth 1.5p at least.

I am certainly bullish that by first pour and knowing exactly the sort of profit and dividends we might be expecting in 18 monthd £3 is not unreasonable as between mine build and first pour companies like pure gold and others have close to trebled so with a gold tailwind really its going to be very gold price specific. Gold price today has limited impact as we are just not in the game yet but as soon as we get to the 12 month countdown post December and all of the below has happened a lot more investors will invest and we know Rio is in the market, almost certainly Calibre and Condor so in a certain future Rio talks to Calibre they want a 10m ounze play and Calibre and Condor will offer that sort of 20 year view that Rio would be looking for. Rio acquisition is probably to some extent playing into this hence Condor keeness to prove up the 5m district as that would make Condor very attractive. personally would have liked the toll deal signed pre August so it started October and provide cashflow and soften any credit control on loans as you might expect that 70:30 debt:equity split to be even better as a proven cashflow can be used as collateral. More flexibility with that cashflow and we still have a few non core licenses maybe worth selling. Lets crack 50p as its long overdue :)

Listening to recent interview i sensed toll deal is all down to numbers and some wider discussions and close but not sealed. You cant talk for 12 months about toll deal in every meeting and not have pretty strong chance it will happen as it could dent credibility, although it can be kicked into rough conveniently stating internal politics and keep all the gold for themselves. For me i look at the newsflow and try to ascribe a share price value to each. I think a decent toll deal could add 20p to share price, possible more depending on value, structure of deal and how quick, conclusion of all engineering maybe 5p, confirmation of land secured or pretty damn close 10p, choice of mine build 15p, and the big ticket item of finance secured probably 25p. Total all that up by end of year and i reckon your looking at £1.25. Against that is a dilution of maybe 25% plus or minus depending on toll mining and bigger Capex but i am confident we should be looking at £1 by end of year. That is not factoring on gold price but for me before dilution Condor must get share price up to highest it can to minimise that dilution and toll deal has an outsize affect on that. It also gives cash to drill and get that 5m ouze district so while we lose a little we gain a lot. cash is king.

Ok so Worldsec “this year” investedcin Bytedance. Firstly they would have invested at the peak of its value. Bytedance are now toxic with india banning it and US and many other likely to follow. value of Bytedance is probably less now than when Worldsec invested and going forwards more do.

Also my expectation is the 1m sell after hours has been around all day with a limit price of 3p so this explains the ebb and flow today and the 3p resistance. That specific trade is now gone so nothing to hold up proceedings tomorrow but 3p is a key battle ground and looks we might have flushed out the threppenny crowd. ill be looking more realistically at 10p assuming we get that positive forward guidance on profit pencilled in. Even at 10p we would be a tiny £25m company and £15m excluding cash. That would still be very low. While i have mentioned Eve being looked at by competitors it takes two to tango and given IPO was £120 market cap i could not see any serious takeover being even considered by Eve BOD below £50m so we have plenty of share price growth. A merger between Simba and Eve i would say might be worth revisiting.

Great to see Eve hold 3p. As HH points out several in around 1.5 might take 3p as the exit. This is also where share price bombed 12 months ago and bumbled along. There is every chance now we push on to 3.5p quite smoothly and from there i actually expect the rise to speed up because those waiting in the wings will need to decide and those invested at higher levels will see averaging down is a smart strategy. Certainly all vital signals are showing green and volumes are holding nicely. We could see 4p shortly as MMs today started to flash at 3.5p and limited MMs offering at 3.1 so does not take much now to move up quickly.

Should be of course much higher but one step at a time. Happy to move slowly to create new support levels and great if we can get to a 3p beach head today. Could really do with more volume to help speed up offloading the deadwood but cant have everything. fundamentals massively ahead of technicals so just need more time for it to catch up. My key barometer is woodford is out proper and overhang gone so clear blue skies ahead as Eve is right in the sweetspot of selling high margin hybrid mattresses that is still largely the preferred choice of the masses but with Covid kicking in again retail stores will tumble this time around so the traditional mattress sellers are not in the frame and most have no online brand. They will all be casting an eye over Eve and Simba and Emma likewise will be keeping a close eye on.

Pushing to get past 3p and 3.2 is back in play for 2nd time today so hopefully sellers at 3p can step aside. good run from 3.5p in my opinion but 3p will slowly burn out and become new resistance downwards. Hopefully end the day with BID at 3 or above.

I understand about RSI but its purely technical and canot read trading updates or understand nuances. You could equally refer to many other technical indicators that say buy but 3p will get tested a few times and hopefully move forwards as we have done last few weeks. Silly season valuations will not last for long.

One other point we dropped from 8p to 3p almost entirely on Woodford dump 12 months ago and you will note very limited buying and selling until it fell to 3p in that time by pis, who were caught in the headlights. there will be a question how those who bought at 3p and below might add resistance as we rise but there is not a huge volume of buying between 8-3p that was not woodford selling his shares to 3rd parties. i sense once we get to 3.5p things could rise quicker as most pis average will be over 5p and not selling, even if they were smart and averaged down heavily at 1p. We will see how it pans out over coming months.

Given there has only been around £175k of shares bought in last few days and we moved up from 2.5p to 3p i would not exactly say we are overbought. all we are seeing is natural equilibrium re-emerging somewhere and if buys to sells continue in same order and magnitude we will continue to move north. all depends on resistance at each key milestone (3p) the next little hurdle but tested this morning and suspect we will get to 3.5p very shortly based on how price and volume reacted. Of course that excludes a large seller waking up.

With global countries are printing cash like its going out of fashion and stress appears all over the place in that every sector and every company globally are largely feeling some serious pain then throw in some cold war with a few major powers and gold is the natural bedfellow. Cash is already in negative real interest rates once inflation removed so anyone holding cash are simply opening the window every day and throwing a bit out. sooner or later people will see that cash is not good to hold and gold will pick up speed. looking forward to Hawiah maiden resource and see how that starts to look with mine build almost immediate based on the new mining laws in Saudi to fasttrack the licenses.

How do you know or think there is a background buyer. Happy to understand anything new? My review is that the Woodford share dump of 31% has finally filtered through into sticky hands and not being sold through MMs and now MMs have normal stock of shares of 20k. L2 is showing wide gaps so this also supports likely strong upward movement. Still at a negative valuation once cash removed and we are profitable so this is still a very confident place to be.

Good to see 3p ASK and market waking up. 3.2 is very close with limited stock available and several brokers already offering at 3.2. Could see some good movements again to find a new support level.

The last Q&A was brilliant. Harry waxes lyrically once he gets going. Made me quadruple my holding last time just from the sheer bullish tone. definitely send in questions as they were no holds barred and he was not prepped.
