E20 is doing the rounds so hopefully countries will start to mandate for that. The issue is supply and where CNEL is supposed to come into the equation if they could throw some money at the front of house presentation that still looks more like a school project and not professional for their ambition and still still blank pages across news, industry news and tender announcements. There should be growing demand for Ethanol production because a plant takes a years to build but countries are going to push faster i suspect. The writing is on the wall to reduce CO2 and NO2 pollution further. 20% ethanol is better than nothing. The question really is we have to assume that all of the IPO document has come to fruition. If the Mongolian project did not go ahead they are legally obligated to tell the market and the same for any other project they have said is penciled in as that effectively helped boost CNE to 10p IPO. However the big question is if everything is going to plan why are shareholder like ourselves, but more likely China/HK, not buying in at this low price? The company is valued at £13m approximately and we £8m in the IPO so probably more cash in the company than valuation. Where have they invested the £8m to date as that is surely important information to release to shareholders. I understand they use to get projects started as effectively (and i do not like this part of their business) they fund the start of the project and then get paid in arrears as far as i understand. That for me is something that is worrying but perhaps a China thing but cant imagine any company in the UK effectively lending to clients. They also said in the prospectus the likely profit for CNE and again if trading is less or more they would legally have to tell the market. if they have deviated from the plan and they have not told the market they would be open to litigation. I really cannot fathom what is going on and the company valuation is now laughably low. We still do not have clarification that Double River dumped £2m on the opening day that sank the share price so dramatically and it is possibly this stock going around that is further depressing the price but there does not appear to be a buyer in the market and anyone connected to the company would need to tell the market they purchased. Also does the HK not disclaim shareholder sales as Double River effectively sold a big percentage.

RNS on Billingham tomorrow would certainly tee-up the AGM nicely. Still got until the 18th but i know if i was DP what day i would prefer to release the news :)

I think what is incredibly attractive and why i think the price will rise a lot faster is that Billingham will prove up the business model. The market will look at the numbers and see see just how large Eqtec could grow and how fast they could grow. i think the demand massively outstrips the size of Eqtec. I think the market will let Eqtec valuation get well ahead of traditional metrics because a bit like many tech stocks Eqtec could be a powerhouse. for me on confirmation of Billingham and a increasing order book and global footprint and i think £500m is a landing point for Eqtec over the next 12-18 months and i think £250m is likely within 3-6 months on landing deals already on the table and picking off the cream of the projects are part owner to enjoy the gate revenue and feed in tariffs. What other business gets paid for raw materials!

Another day of considerably more buys than sells and price is static so hopefully excess supply will find a home and next week week could be a strong one in lead up to bigger news.

My interest is not when money will arrive but binding agreements that parties are committing. We have specialist mine finance (forward selling gold), Major LSE billiondollar listed investor, and bank loan finance, all just needing to know where the bank sits and personally hoped we would know this pre christmas. Money will come as and when needed as it will be 18 months mine build so you dont need all money at the start but the exact amount needed for that period. the bank must be very very close to finalising the overall package and this is what i am hopeful of pre christmas as that is the key one and then investors and specialist investors know what they need to inject. Importantly a lot of small steps have happened on the ground in November in preparation for that. The RNS says weeks so appreciate there are 52 weeks in a year you generally say weeks when it is less than a month or you say months. We should get a further RNS.

SB and PE you were quick on the draw today and i know you have grievances with Harry ( understandable really) but what shareholder has not been shafted in the past or had bad losses. I lost a truckload on GKP but kept my holding to remind me to try not to repeat the same mistake but thats down 92%. Its pretty clear 2 weeks implies pre christmas and today is an opportunity to probably recover some losses as no CEO so close to news says “2 weeks” and can get away with it. The nomad will have seen something. Anyway things are gonna start to happen and Kefi will finally move on so its not over till Harry sings but its pretty damn close and you have to agree that Harry for 12 months at least has kept the early 2021 mine start and Q4 2022 first pour. He has not budged from that even if a few self imposed deadlines crept somewhat. Key is the project sticks to the plan.

i dont really know more than this and not called at EGM before or taken any shareholder action but for me the company needs to address significant shortfalls in their marketing communication strategy and make tangible steps to reassure shareholders that the BOD understand the issues as the longer this continues to greater the damange to the companies brand and reputation to all stakeholders.

If we got to 5% then technically there should be a way to call an EGM and table specific questions for the board to respond to. This might provide some impetus for the board to take notice but it might not.

Another solid day of buying outgunning sales £200k buy and £100k sold. this has been going on for a few weeks so we might have someone from recent placing (maybe contractor) selling but generally things all looking pretty strong and Hawiah resource update could be this year to cap it off.

stock has been held back but level 2 starting to look a little more confident to the upside on the ASK and binding finance or further news is due at anytime between now and end of year, although i suspect pre christmas we will get more news :

The greatest share price growth is between just before announcing mine build and commission on mine and production. Just look at pure mining PUR and Calibre CXB (TSX exchange) to get a sense of that. Certainly the major first step change will happen shortly as the company know the direction of travel but just needs to button down the land and hopefully the toll. Then the momentum will be up as bigger investors move in who wait for a derisked project before investing other peoples money and when liquidity is better. Into the final few weeks before Christmas and i expect something will drop pre the closedown before christmas and then something perhaps before the New Year.

Level 2 ASK with a couple of MMs at 54 before moving up. Last change was 10am so a bit on the fence. people i suspect waiting but pretty sure 1 and maybe 2 more RNS before christmas so given 64 was previous high and we are massively ahead on so many metrics we are about to have final look back at the 50s.

If we get that toll over the line that will send Condor strongly forward as nothing settles a share price than cold hard cash that could be £15m+ Net profit from a toll agreement before the main course. just production on high grade pits only at 4.2g/t gold its $67m net profit! So if we managed a toll that led nicely into the main mine using just high grade ore you can see how the numbers stack up. Incredible is all i can say but gotta get to that point but toll would bring forward a much larger share price multiple. Compare that to market cap today and you are looking at a fair 5x well before these numbers start to land with conservative PE of 5.

For me i see Eqtec as a property developer. They get in early pre planning, take an equity stake early on and then once we get planning we see a measurable boost in our equity value post planning. Then Eqtec goes to bank to raise the 65% funding based on the GDV (gross dev valuation) and done well and given equity Eqtec has this can in many cases to done without further funding needs. The biggest plus for shareholders is we are not talking silly low yields of 3% and a complaining tenant but 20% yields and a tenant for 20-30 years where you are paid not only for the input materials to power the plant but also paid for electricity generation. Furthermore Eqtec can find support for 100s of these plants as locals almost certainly are keen to see the back of incineration. Get this right and Eqtec are easily a unicorn in a few years.

While i am not offering myself up activist investors only need a chorum of 5% to call an extraordinary meeting so with a google spreadsheet people could post holdings and if 5% is reached we have a voice. Shame Carl Icahn is not a shareholder as he has been very successful as an activist shareholder. Just some shareholder action can jolt the BOD into action as if they never hear from shareholders they probably dont care. I dont have the email of the CEO or chairman. Really that is what is needed as Ivy and Richard appear rather limited.

I am just staggered where we currently find ourselves. New investors who invested £8m at nearly 10p cant exactly be happy but you would think they would be closer to the action and shouting blue murder and get some response from shameful shortfalls in communication and given their profitability throw some money at decent PR and marketing communications. A company trading at a PE of 2 and maybe even less depending on results. Yes im a shareholder of Eqtec who have basically got similar parallel tech but the BOD have simply got on with communications and shared their clear strategy for execution so there is a groundswell of investor interest and a rising tide in the shareprice. Its a company i can happily put in the bottom drawer and they will just climb and climb. They will be a unicorn and CNE is not dissimilar in its long pedigree and proven technology and they have plenty of contracts but CNE should be also looking to take equity stakes in best projects and move on from just tech supplier. CNE could be 3-4x its current share price with minimal work on its communications. Why they dont is a mystery as such a low share price will not help raising finance, will not help with employee motivation and will not help in sales. The only hope is next results announces a dividend or they finally look at a company like Eqtec and let the penny drop.

If Harry confirms TK finance then market will value Hawiah a whole lot more so when TK finance closes this will be a double celebration as Hawiah is a colossal resource and we should get upgrade shortly possibly before christmas but probably afterwards. Good to see Kefi are cracking on.
