What we have is bond holders converting and selling to facilitate any buyers.
Law firm may or may not be selling also. Hopefully we can see via a TR1 Rns if they cross the 3% threshold. I'm thinking they are holding for now as got shares higher than this level unless they require cash themselves.

How do you know that 84k was a buy. Seems buys around that time were high 80s.
Lse as you know post incorrect data just depends where mid was at the time inside the quote.
Also if it was a buy there obviously were sellers to match it.
Less than 100 trades and low volume and you are posting someone is loading up. Come on.
Everyone wants it higher but saying that won't effect it. We are down 6% on the day too and if someone was loading up as you say why are we down 6%.

Duster yes we know all too well about the bonds...its just the Constant converting and dumping into the market that is frustrating people....which is why we are pegged at 6p and if we do move up a touch slammed down again and again....
Along with that the BOD have been hiding all 2023...also what people are frustrated about....

The only person to have caused "chaos and confusion" is the CEO Art.
Why do people keep blaming some poster on a forum that has zero influence over the sp, Company production, company finances, Company Rns'. Art was the one that did 2 interviews pre year end grinning away and absolutely nothing has come of anything he said.
Art issued the Rns that wiped 65% off the sp where we still are at 6p.
Ryan has created a mess in the finances and had to issue the Company as a going concern.
People need to Wake up and start looking a who has got us in this mess and stop blaming posters, MMs.

Not sure how you can blame MMs as to why we are trading at 6p and whether that is fair value or not. Its obv what the market currently sees as fair value As you can see people are buying and selling at this 6p level so MMs are keeping it at that level. If kept it at 6p and didn't offer buying there all day then thats a different story. But is 2 way trading action.

Art and his CFO Ryan are who "Control" this Sp and are the ones that issued the going concern Rns to collapse the sp to 6p and have been missing since apart from diluting us even more. Some need to start pointing the finger at the BOD for answers not making MMs out to be the issue.

Geng the point of what I was making is threads like someone loading up here which from the volume I see doesn't look like it but they fail to mention that if someone is loading up there is a seller on the other side especially as now we have gone a touch into the red on the day.

I'm really more interested to find out who is this seller/s are that have been around a while and happy to off load around the 6p level. What do they know or do they want/need cash. When will they be done and hope they are done before news if we get It and don't sell into that rise!

Doubt we see another TR1. We only got a TR1 Rns as our Super CFO Ryan paid law firm in shares diluting current shareholders as cant control Copl finances. They weren't buying the shares on the open market to get a TR1.
Volume hasn't been enough to see a new TR1 buyer. It would be obvious and definitely move sp if someone was buying up 3% of the company.

Buys are matched by Sells worked by Market Makers. Obviously very even at the moment as the price is stuck. So there is demand and supply at this level as if loads of buys or sells it would move until market makers find then next level to match up. Its pretty simple. So posting loads of buyers to try and ramp the board is pretty pointless as sp hasn't moved which means seller around to facilitate trading at this level.
What we need is rid of this constant seller at these levels - is it bond holders, law firm, pi's. No one knows.
What we will know is if law firm drops as will or should notify the market if goes below 3% holding I believe. So we will see if holding or selling to get cash back.

Everyone by now should know LSE posts the trades depending on where mid was at the time. So if spread is 6 - 6.5 for example anything above 6.25 is a buy and anything below is a sell. But the real spread tends to be inside what is shown So may be 6.10 - 6.25.
So no need to tell people arrhh that 1m buy is shown as a sell. It doesn't matter whether buy or sell as if a buy the market makers have a sell to facilitate the buy otherwise where do you think they magic shares from. Especially as price isn't moving either way too. Until a leak or news it's trading at this level.

How has our CFO Ryan racked up large unpaid invoices and now the law firm has called them in knowing we didn't have funds and then we have to offer shares of $2.2m equivalent at current lows.
Is this another error from BOD! Just seems a staggering amount of legal fees so I'd like to know exactly what they have done to warrant this considering our mcap is 21m!

It might be better If the company actually explained this in more detail as so many conflicting views regarding this. What work was done to warrant this Size of payment as its a large amount.
But doubt they will being how Art couldn't care less about pi's.

That would be insider dealing. If they knew or were involved in the paperwork for a JV deal as would know all the details. Knowing whatever information they know and getting shares 65% lower than they were pre "going concern" Rns. A law firm too. If there is news next week that Is dodgy as it gets.
Surely once behind the wall of insider knowledge they can't be taking shares. Its like Art buying a load of shares at 6p a week or 2 before big news lands.
Also in doing this it also dilutes shareholders. At a low level too that we were prior to that collapsing RNS.

Art has mentioned alot in interviews and none of it has come true. Listen back to the last 2 end of last year. So I wouldn't believe what he has said in past interviews!

Still mind boggling how Ryan is still employed. How can a CFO get a company Into such a terrible position to have to declare it as a "going concern". Causing a 65% drop in the sp. How someone hasn't been made responsible for this is staggering for a main listed company and been sacked. I won't even go into the rest of the dreadful finance decisions he has made previous to this. This is the job he is paid 500k a Yr for right.

Eazy to have a JV both companies need to agree on terms. Seems from you list of RNS' the negotiations are going on and on and on and on. So what if terms can't be agreed as Art being stubborn doesn't move on the terms of his last offer.
No one knows. It could happen, it may not happen. It won't be the first JV to fall through.
But saying its 100% going to happen near time is as misleading as saying 100% not going to happen.
Art has said many things in interviews and Rns' that haven't happened which is why we are at 6p.
Copl need a JV. All down to Art and the rest of the BOD.

I think stalemate in negotiations.
JV wants X and Copl are Offering Y and neither moving on their terms. Which is why we tend to hear JV still in progress.
Art really can't play hard ball here as JV can see the state of the company finances and Art already said can't do this alone. We need serious funding going forward to open this field up.
He really should have opened this up to move JV Interests if there was any instead of just nda with 1 who is obviously In no rush as guessing being a large player has plenty going on in its portfolio of projects.
Copl going alone in a very slow way isn't what any shareholder want unless you want to hold for another few years.

Ash. The BOD have little care for Pi's. This has been made clear in the past.
Art already sent the sp belly up with a drop of 65% and has not been seen since...says it all sadly.

Why is someone off loading so much. Obviously someone taking it on which is great but concerns me why so much on offer to be sold constantly at this level....if news is Imminent. Who knows what is the question. Pi's always last to know.

I mean the salaries are ridiculous with performance over the last yrs of loss making and letting the company finances get so bad the company has to issue as a going concern and dropping the sp 65%.
This BOD should be on 50k a Yr and then get performance bonus if actually succeed if any promises they keep saying will happen and actually turn a profit. Maybe then they would pull their finger out.

Surely the "concluding" part of the JV are the terms. Obviously on different pages to agree final terms. Art wants X and JV offering Y. No one budging. Been going on too long and Art will keep saying will let you know once concluded or either party walks away. Please don't mess this up Art. As as you said Copl can't do this on their own.
