- statement for any reasoning regarding the 30% drop yesterday

Art doesn't seem to care. This is what most are angry about. He has done nothing to help support the sp and therefore shown no duty of care towards shareholders. Any other job and you would be fired for his and Ryan's performance over 2022. Instead got pay rises and bonuses. Comical.

He has let the sp get destroyed and not come out once to support it. Got himself a pay rise and bonus awarded. Usually those in most jobs are based on performance. Since end of 22 sp gone from 19 odd to 2.8. Great performance.

Had to beg bond holders for more money as banks obviously won't lend (4 banks In discussion. Not 1 handing over money. I remember the quote during interview where he said banks busy closing Yr end Deals so will get a term sheet early in New Yr. Lie.
